Insgesamt, sehr schön, aber das Frühstück könnte besser sein.

Sehr modern eingerichtet, tolle Lage.

Cons:

Die Warteschlange am Morgen. Sehr nervig. Sehr eng. Bestellung wurde vergessen.

Pros:

Zimmer war komfortabel, sehr gut klimatisiert, sauber. Sehr gute Lage zu Philharmonie, Landungsbrücken und Speicherstadt.

Cons:

Preis war für die Größe des Zimmers zu teuer. Das Ankumpel, etwas von oben herab, an der Rezeption war nicht unfreundlich, jedoch gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das ist möglicherweise auch ein Generationenproblem.

Wir kommen immer wieder gerne. Vielleicht schon nächstes Jahr.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war einfach toll. Auswahl ohne Ende. Extrawünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Was will man mehr. Das Zimmer war ruhig obwohl zur Straße. Es war alles gut zu erreichen. Miniatur-Wunderland z.B. oder die Elbphilharmonie. Das Westfield Center war nur einen Sprung entfernt. Auch die Matratzen waren optimal.

Cons:

Der Wasserhahn im Bad ist zu kurz. Und der Spiegel ist zu weit entfernt, wenn man sich schminken möchte. Da wäre ein zusätzlicher Spiegel toll. Es hängt zwar noch einer an der Eingangstür, dafür ist die Beleuchtung aber nicht so hell.
