Pros:

Frühstück war sehr lecker! Lage war TOP! Zimmer war sehr ruhig! Das Bett super bequem!
Das Personal war super freundlich und wir fühlten uns sofort wohl...

Cons:

Zimmer etwas klein für 2, insgesamt sehr wenig Platz zum aufhängen, sowohl im Zimmer als auch im Bad (Klamotten und Badetücher! Schade!)

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals, obwohl auch das durchwachsen war. Persönlich schätze ich es nicht, wenn das Personal die Du-Form verwendet.

Cons:

Die ganze Atmosphäre im Hotel ist eher düster. Das Restaurant bzw. der Frühstücksraum waren viel zu dunkel. Das war richtig unangenehm.
Als ich abends einen Drink bestellen wollte, wurde mir die Karte hingelegt. Als Beleuchtung war nur eine Kerze am Tisch. Die Karte damit ohne Handy-Taschenlampe nicht zu lesen!

Personal war diesmal ausgesprochen kompetent und freundlich. Wünsche wurden erfüllt.
Room Service Essen ausgesprochen gut und preislich fair.
Frühstück mal wieder exzellent. Tolle feine Auswahl, gute Produkte, frisch gepresster Saft und super Service!

Cons:

Ein wenig störend ist die Lage an der Straße, würde das Hotel aber jederzeit wieder buchen!

Statt alkoholischem Bier in der Minibar hätten wir uns Alkoholfreies gewünscht.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal sowohl an der Rezeption als auch beim Frühstück. Schöne, gemütliche Einrichtung im Zimmer. Große Fenster. Ruhig. Minibar mit Bier und Schokolade war im Zimmerpreis enthalten. Guter Standort für Hafen- City und Speicherstadt. U4 und Buslinien 2 und 111 nah bei. Fahrradverleih.

Cons:

Frühstück würde ich beim nächsten Mal eher nicht buchen. Ist relativ teuer, z.T. lange Wartezeiten, bis ein Tisch frei wird, dichtes Gedränge am Buffet. Der Frühstücksraum hat schwarze Wände und Tische und ist dadurch extrem dunkel - das mag man stylisch finden, ich konnte die Beschriftungen kaum lesen und werde bei dieser düsteren Umgebung nicht wach. Schriftliche Kommunikation im Hotel überwiegend auf Englisch. Ungewöhnlich war auch, dass eine Kaution zu zahlen ist, kenne ich höchstens von Ferienwohnungen. Nur ein Aufzug war in Betrieb.
