Great experience; I shall definitely return for next work trips.
Pros:

- Professional, flexible and highly supportive staff (especially Kien and his shift colleagues);

- Perfect in-house facilities (I really like the facial cream, nowhere else I found equipping it in the restroom, and the heater).

- Perfect location for business/work trip (200m walk from MOF).

Petit déjeuner très limité

Emplacement pas très pratique pour se rendre au vieux quartier de Hanoï et surtout pour revenir

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. When my wife needed to visit pharmacy one of the staff members took her on his motorcycle.

Cons:

Cigarette butts left outside of the window. Someone else's rubbish left in room including unopened pills. Not sure what they were. Room smells of mold. Toilet leaking around base.
A bit too far from Old Quarter.

７年10年前と同じ設備不良そのまま、後夜のレセプションスタッフが若い女性、全く英語が喋れない他のホテルスタッフも駄目部屋のカギが開かないカードキー2度も渡されて怒ったら初めて真剣に探したベトナムは何度も行きましたが怒らないと動かない。

Pros:

建物は古く、経年の傷みはありますが、清掃は行き届いています。部屋が狭く寛げる感じではありませんでしたが、スタッフの心遣いはハートフルでした。朝食のフォーも美味！

Itchy bed
Pros:

Location of the hotel was great and the staff were nice, but someone else was in our room! We were taken to the next room first which was a better room (the safe there didn’t work, though.) We could have stayed there, but we were moved to the lower grade room on a different floor. That really messed up and I was late for the program I wanted to go because of that. Also one side of the bed was so itchy. I woke up during the night because of that. We kept getting someone else’s laundry, too. We were also disappointed that there were no fruits for breakfast.

Lots of excuses
At 11,30 was told I could have a better room if I paid more
Them can have better room same price
Then you have to change rooms at 10.30pm to standard room
No manager to speak to unless they were hiding
Standard room no window
Breakfast poor choice and quality
