Tranquilidad y desconexión
Pros:

Las vistas al Lago Atitlán desde la terraza de la habitación son increíbles. Además tanto la habitación como el baño eran muy espaciosos.
El entorno del hotel está cuidado al detalle, las plantas, los árboles.. y cuenta con su propio embarcado para moverte en lancha pública por el Lago. Además los pueblos de San Juan y San Pedro están a 10 minutos andando.
El personal fue muy amable, nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos. En cuanto al restaurante tanto el desayuno como la cena que tomamos en el restaurante fueron más que correctas.

Cons:

Sale poco caudal de agua por la alcachofa de la ducha.

Arrivée a 8h30 au petit déjeuner il n'y avait déjà plus de choix, les pancakes étaient deja épuisés...
Chambre un peu sommaire, manque de meuble pour occuper l'espace

L'hôtel est situé au bout d'un petit chemin, a 10 min du centre ville. Il faut mieux être en forme pour accéder a cet hôtel car il comporte de nombreuses marches

Disappointed with lack of hot water and with the surprise charge of $33 for using the jacuzzi.

Quaint. Nice views of the lake.

Cons:

No hot water. The water heater only got the shower barely above room temperature. Also, there was no mention of a GTQ250 ($33) fee for using the jacuzzi until it was time to check out. The attendant pointed to a notice on the wall behind his desk, which we of course didn’t notice when we checked in and wasn’t pointed out to us, and said that the charge was spelled out on the website, which we never visited because we book through Booking.com. The email we received from the property after booking also did not mention it.

Todo. La ubicación, el trato, las vistas al lago y el desayuno. Todo. Regresaríamos, sin ninguna duda.
Tienen embarcadero propio, algo que nosotros desconocíamos y que nos hizo caminar más de la cuenta y que nos costara llegar.

Cons:

No ha habido nada que no nos haya gustado. Lo que no nos ha gustado ha sido tener que irnos. No tuvimos tiempo de probar el restaurante, salvo por los desayunos que son magníficos.

Wunderschön und ruhig gelegenes Hotel in San Juan mit sehr gepflegtem Garten. Mein Zimmer war schön und sehr sauber. Vor den Zimmern gibt es eine Veranda mit Bänken, Stühlen und Hängematten mit tollem Blick auf den See.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Boote können direkt am hauseigenen Steg anlegen, und über einen kleinen Pfad ist man in weniger als 10 Minuten im Ort San Juan. Das Frühstück ist übersichtlich, dafür mit frischem Obst und Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten.

Bardzo dobrze położony hotel z pięknym widokiem na góry i jezioro . Mają swój ogród z warzywniakiem , drzewami owocowymi . W cenie są kajaki - można popływać po jeziorze . Panie w kuchni robią pyszne śniadania , obiady też jedliśmy w restauracji hotelowej - i były smaczne i obfite

Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel, avec un très beau jardin, l'accès direct en bateau.
Le petit déjeuner est très bon et le personnel du restaurant très sympathique.

Cons:

Plutôt que "pas apprécié" je dirais que j'ai trouvé que la chambre n'avait pas un bon rapport qualité prix. Très grande certes, mais un peu froide, manquerait un siège sur le petit balcon. Et comme souvent la salle de bain est minimaliste.

Pros:

La vista de nuestra habitación era espectacular, la comida del restaurante era deliciosa y el personal muy amable, ubicación cerca del embarcadero y justo a la calle de arriba ya estás en el pueblo de San Pedro

Prima verblijf om even tot rust te komen aan Lake Atitlan. Het hotel is gebouwd op een berg en biedt hierdoor een prachtig uitzicht. Vriendelijk personeel en lekker ontbijt.

Cons:

De kamer boven op de berg aan de straatkant is erg lawaaierig.
