Wonderful get away at Lake Atitlan
Pros:

The view was wonderful the breakfast and dinners at the restaurant were great. The kayaks were nice. All of the staff were kind and helpful. The boat service direct from the hotel dock to Panajachel was a nice surprise.

Cons:

The hotel is built into the side of the mountain and there are A LOT of stairs to get to your room. It was disappointing that the jacuzzi was not available and the sauna was an extra charge.

The rooms were nice, clean, and spacious. Parking was available. There is a restaurant on site with breakfast included.

Cons:

There was a charge for everything. When we checked in they said we could rent the jacuzzi, but did not say we had to reserve it 3 hours ahead of time. So we couldn't use it. There was no place to swim in the lake. Lots of rocks and seaweed. Its an area meant for boats on a dock, not for swimming.

Un gran acierto, no lo pienses más!

Nos encantó Uxlabil, los jardines, el restaurante, el muelle, la decoración es muy bella, el desayuno con esa vista y en las noches es bellisimo y no creo que otro lugar tenga algo asi, llegamos por Serendipia y nos fuimos asombrados. Nos encantó el trato del personal, Jackie hasta platicaba con nosotros y nos hizo excelente recomendaciones y nos conectó con un tuk tuks que nos sirvió de taxi personal.
Extra: como algo personal vi las sabanas y colchas que tenian secando al sol en los jardines y eso se me hizo superior! Soy quisquilloso con ese tema y es el único hotel que veo que seca al sol lo que garantiza que no crezca moho, humedad y ácaros, como en los hoteles de cadena. Super recomendado. Aaa y el internet buenísimo.

En el desayuno incluido solo puedes elegir una bebida, eso no es un deal breaker pero fue algo que nos impresionó ya que en todos los demás hoteles que nos quedamos con desayuno podías tener jugo y té o café . Ambos. Sin ningún problema o costo adicional

L'emplacement est pas mal. La vue est incroyable. La promesse etait chouette. La chambre etait spacieuse, mais...

Cons:

Pas d'eau chaude malgré nos réclamations.
Une partie du personnel était désagréable (sauf au restaurant).
Une lumière blanche criarde dans les chambres.
Éviers bouchés et qui s'écoulent difficilement.
Propreté laisse à désirer.
Les serviettes sales ne sont pas remplacées après le ménage.
Aucun équipement : même pas de gel douche !!!
Ce qui reste le plus mauvais souvenir : 40€ se sont volatilisés de mon sac.
Je ne comprends ni le prix, ni l'engouement.

Pros:

The property is beautiful, with lots of plans and flowers. It is not exactly in San Juan, but a little bit outside. It is a 10 minute walk to the town and has its own dock so it is not a problem.

Cons:

It was very cold in my room, especially because the bathroom is open to the outside. This is another hotel where they won’t charge you through booking and will charge you there.

Prima, maar teleurstellend
Pros:

Mooi uitzicht op de bergen en het meer. De eigen pier waar bootjes kunnen komen was ook handig. Ontbijt was prima. De tuin met planten is erg mooi.

Cons:

De kamers die je online ziet lijken totaal niet op de kamer die we hebben gekregen, dit was een grote teleurstelling. Ik snap dat er soms afwijkingen kunnen zijn, maar deze kamer en het gebouw waar in we zaten was nog in aanbouw. Het voelde echt alsof we opgelicht werden en ook bizar dat hier dezelfde prijs voor wordt gerekend als de normale kamers die je online ziet.

Ook kregen we eerst een kamer zonder balkon, terwijl we dit er bij hadden geboekt en bij de faciliteiten stond. Eerst was het antwoord dat dit niet zo was, erg vervelend.

Très mitigé
Pros:

La vue !! De loin le point fort de l'hôtel.
Le restaurant était également ok.

Cons:

La chambre était moins bien qu'en photo. Elle est très dégradée, le peu de déco est là pour cacher la misère. Il y a des traces de chaussures sur les murs, la douche n'est pas chaude...
Autre point assez négatif c'est que l'hôtel s'étend mais du coup il y a énormément de travaux et ça gâche pas mal l'expérience notamment visuelle car pour accéder à la chambre il faut traverser un chantier.
Dommage qu'ils ne finissent pas les chambres actuelles avant d'en lancer de nouvelles.

Wunderschöne Anlage mit traumhaften Blick.
Pros:

Der Blick auf den See ist spektakulär. Allerdings muss man sich auf viele Treppen einstellen. Der Ausblick gleicht die Anstrengung wieder aus.
San Juan ist fußläufig erreichbar, ohne dass die Hauptstraße genutzt werden müsste.
Es gibt einen privaten Bootsanleger und die Rezeption kann ein Boot rufen mit dem die verschiedenen Orte dann angefahren werden.

Cons:

Die Zimmer lassen einiges an Lärm ein und die Fahrzeuge auf der Hauptstraße hupen auch gerne nachts. Das war etwas störend, aber wir konnten dennoch gut schlafen.
