Difficult contact hotel prior to our stay - wanted to ask questions about transport from Antigua.
Check google maps, there are shorter route than what Google maps provides.

Cons:

Terrible service and customer care. When we arrived at the hotel, nobody informed us that there would be no electricity, and we only found out when we got back at night after being out all day. They didn’t even try to offer any solutions. On top of that, there wasn’t any hot water either. It was a terrible experience — basic services weren’t available, and there was no intention to fix the situation or improve the guests’ experience.

Parfait séjour tout confort
Pros:

L'emplacement géographique est ideal dans un village calme et assez actif avec vue imprenable sur le lac. À proximité de l'embarcadère pour les navettes, un parking et des kayaks sont mis a disposition gratuitement, un sauna, des massages et les repas dans le restaurant sont proposés pour un supplément. Les chambres sont très confortables et l'ensemble est très propre et accueillant. Une superbe expérience !

Hay que subir muchas escaleras para tener una vista tan bonita, pero merece la pena. El colchón si que era bastante duro.

Pros:

grounds were beautiful, and the staff were extremely helpful. they helped carry our luggage down the stairs, and called us a lancha straight from the dock of the hotel. breakfast was very good as well, and i appreciate that they offer filtered water on the house as i filled up my water bottle many times.

Cons:

there were no fans in the room, only a dehumidifier.

Le logement donne une superbe vue sur le lac. Nous avons adoré faire du kayak (mis à disposition gratuitement). Et surtout, leur nourriture était excellente, je vous conseille le poisson.

Coin de paradis à deux pas de San Juan la laguna. Je recommande vivement!
Pros:

Merveilleux. L’emplacement de l’hôtel, à 3min à pied du centre ville de San Juan la laguna et 20/25min à pied de celui de San Pedro.
Les chambres sont confortables et propres avec une vue imprenable sur le lac.
Le personnel est vraiment très gentille, agréable, serviable…rien à redire.
Parfait pour se déconnecter et décompresser.

Cons:

Peux être le petit déjeuner est un peu light pour certaines offres proposées.
