Very good & close to everything

Our stay at the Park Hotel in Dalat as part of a Djoser Family tour had its pros and cons.
The location is certainly a highlight—situated right next to a park, it’s a peaceful area with easy access to nearby attractions. Another pleasant feature is the charming little shop near the reception, which sells some delicious local specialties, adding a nice touch to the experience.

However, the hotel itself didn’t fully meet our expectations. The room felt somewhat neglected, and the facilities seemed outdated. The breakfast selection was limited and lacked the fresh, local ingredients we’d hoped for.

Overall, while the location and the lobby shop were enjoyable, we found that Park Hotel Dalat could benefit from some updates and a bit more attention to detail in service and amenities

영어 소통이 제대로 안 되어서 조금 불편했던 것 외에는 대체적으로 만족.

It was good.

Avoid this hotel at present unless you wish to woken at 4.50 am by loud noise from the ongoing building work. They did inform guests of the building work but surely they should limit this noisy work to a more acceptable time. Other than this I was satisfied with the overall level of service.

The hotel is in a great location- right in the centre and close to everything. The hotel is clean and the bed was comfortable. Western breakfast was limited to toast, but they had really delicious jam. The best thing about the hotel was the staff, they are really friendly and go above and beyond. Would stay here again!

룸 업그레이드를 해 주셨고 2빅을 잘 지냈습니다.
호텔의 위치가 매우 좋으며 그랩도 잘 잡히는 위치입니다.

Fantastic view from hotel room and staff are friendly, average breakfast.

달랏 호수 근처이면서, 야시장, 성당도 가깝고 위치는 정말 최고다. 뷰가 좋지 않았으나 가격도 합리적이고 얼리 체크인도 해주고 근처에 마트도 있어 좋았다. 조식도 만족스러웠고, 친절한 직원들 빠른 대응이 참 좋아 편안한 2박을 했다.

The staffs were very friendly and courteous. The elevatorcwas a little small but besides that it was nice it was in front of the lake

There is no air-con but that is fine because Da Lat's climate is cooling, so the fan is sufficient. Park Hotel is an amazing location to assess anywhere and we booked two tours through the concierge!

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. The location is good, away from the busy road and market, a walking distance away. The buffet breakfast was okay with limited sitting tables if you come at peak period. Not too great a choice for breakfast. Need to open the window slightly and keep the potable fan running in the room to reduce stuffiness and maintain air circulation. No AC in room. Bathroom is spacious but the hot water control for the shower in the high tub can be frustrating to get lukewarm water.
Very frustrating during check out, the front desk told us there was a missing big bottle of water in the room and we had to pay. We disagree that we had drank or taken the big bottle as we always saw only one big bottle of water in the room. They were adamant that there should be two big bottles. Very frustrating to be accused and our guide paid the cost of the bottle of water as he did not want to delay our departure and he stepped in to stop our discussion. I told the front desk staff (3 of them), they should check their own housekeeping staff for correctness. We left with a bad taste.

Hotel good location, room good, service generally good however the downside english language understanding poor. Appreciate english is not the first language but for a hotel that welcomes tourists a better understanding is required. On last morning there was no hot water for shower, after numerous attempts by phone, including saying water botles were available, a person came to the room. I turned on the hot water tap for both the sink and shower, held my hand under the water and said cold not hot. The person then attempted to show me how to use the shower, which said the water is still not hot. He went away and returned with bottles of shower gel and shampoo, which I said he doesn't understand. Then a short while later a personcame to the room with an electric jug, I just gave up and had a quick cold shower, my sons didn't have a shower

전망좋은 호텔. 근처 야시장,호수가 있어 좋았슴. 여러호텔을 다녀보면 두세번 얘기하면 짜중스런 표정인 직원도 경험하게 되는데 Mr. Lang 차분하고 친절함.밤새 당직 끝났는데 사복입고 트리 장식하고 있슴. 고마웠어요~!

주위에 식당과 은행 시장과 호수 볼거리가 있어 좋았다. 방의 분위기도 좋았는데 침대의 침구가 너무 습했다. 달랏의 숙박시설에는 에어컨이 거의 없다는 이야기를 들었다. 이 곳은 선풍기가 있었다. 조식은 넓고 깔금하며 먹을만했다. 다른곳과 달리 6시부터 시작이라 빨라서 좋았다.

5-10mins walk away from the Dalat night market. Do take note hotel doesn't have aircon as the weather outside is cold enough but however they do provide standing fan in the room. We got our room #301 facing the roadside & the beautiful lake, maybe a bit noisy if we open the window but we don't mind at all since it's a beautiful view. We got our room inclusive of bathtub in the bathroom. Very spacious room and the plug is universal. I thought that we need to ask for adaptor but nope, not require for us. Highly recommended for this hotel!

We stayed at this hotel for one night as part of a cycling trip.
Our room was on the floor above the restaurant and facing the road. The floor and bath tub were dirty when we arrived. There was loud noise coming from the restaurant and then the road. There was also noise from tables being dragged around the restaurant. There was cigarette ash in the hotel corridor.
The food in the restaurant seemed to cater for Asians only, unappetising and even the local coffee was undrinkable.
There was no air conditioning, only a fan, which meant we were unable to dry any of our clothes.
All this aside, I guess if you are happy with something really cheap and can secure a clean quite room this might be the place for you. The location is quite good. Shame about the rest.

Stayed here 1 night as part of a larger group. The hotel looks and is quite smart, rooms were clean and ours had a good view across the valley and city overall.
2 things let it down for me, the food was pretty average despite appearances but sadly they had allowed a male only drinking event t take place and the noise was awful despite many complaints. The rooms are quite close to the hallway alcoves where small groups can meet, noise potential is a big problem.
Check out the amazing bakery next door, give the night market a miss!
