Awful Hotel

The Property was close to the airport

Cons:

There are so many things that were wrong with this location. It was old and in need of update. The carpet was disgusting. The ceiling tiles were fuzzy and full of mold. The bedsheets on one of the beds had not been changed. There was a standalone unit for air-conditioning inside the hotel room. Venting through the window. The room was unsecure. I had no key to my room. The computer system was down. I arrived and there was no Hotel staff at the desk. After waiting 10 minutes I finally went in the kitchen area and got one of the cleaning ladies to find someone for the front desk.
I will never stay at this hotel ever again nor will I use Booking.com

I would have wanted a refund but I appreciated a place to lay my head. I want a refund from you.
Pros:

We did not have AC, bathroom had no soap.

Cons:

No AC, soap in bathroom, provide alternate AC. we had to sleep in 81 degree temp.

Overall stay was adequate.
Pros:

Liked the room price.

Cons:

Brrakfast was weak. Coffee tasted awful - it was just brown water, juice was watered down. Terrible tasting. Waffle makers were out of service. Eggs tasted poorly. We'd recommend you don't offer breakfast anymore due to these issues.

Ice machine was broke. Beds were super uncomfortable. Pictures in hallway were hung upside down. Fridge in our room was broke. Staff wasn’t pleasant to work with

Honestly, if you just need a place to lay your head for a quick night and then leave the next morning, i would stay here
Pros:

The staff was very nice and accommodating. I had a super late flight coming in so i checked in late and they allowed me to stay til 12:30 and i was able to sleep in which was great. The breakfast was good and had plenty of options. The bed was comfy and clean.

Cons:

Very old and outdated. As soon as i walked in the room there was this odor. The first 1-2 hours in my room i killed like 3 bugs, i was kind of irritated at that being i had just got there not too long ago. The AC didn’t work properly, i would set it to a certain degree and it wouldn’t cool.
