Nice hotel with friendly staff.
Pros:

Nice room. Comfortable bed. There was a shuttle from the hotel to the metro line, but we did not use the Metro because it was not convenient to the sites we visited.

Worst experience ever. They let me cancel the reservation and told me I was going to receive a refund, but it has been almost three months and I still haven’t received the refund. I am being affected by this serious communication problem with Booking.

Very nice hotel at excellent location.
Pros:

Breakfast was better than average complimentary one but not as good as what I expected for the advertised "Very good breakfast". Nevertheless, it was OK.

Pros:

Location was good. Rooms very spacious and clean and staff very helpful

Cons:

The breakfast was poor. The selection was limited and bad quality. I had to use takeaway crockery and cutlery.

Pros:

Hotel rooms were a great size. Bed was super comfortable and I liked that there were cups and utensils in the room.

Cons:

The elevators were slow. I believe one was under maintenance, so I'm not super upset about that, but we did a bit of waiting at the elevators due to only 2 working.

Pros:

The gentleman that checked me in was very patient. I had to search for my ID. I went outside to look for it and when I returned he took care of us right away.

Cons:

Nothing to eat for lat travelers except for junk food. We were told to order od doordadh or Uber eats but at that time there were o lu gas stations delivering.

Overall a very good stay
Pros:

Room was nice and a great size

Cons:

I thought the parking situation was terrible. I had to drive around the parking garage a lot to find a space. I did not know when I booked the room that I was going to have to pay an extra $50 a night for parking.
