Kätevä hotelli lentokentän lähellä.
Pros:

Hotelli sijaitsee lähellä lentokenttää ja siksi kätevä saapumiseen tai lähtemiseen. Yleisilme on siisti. Siisti huone. Aamupala riittävä.

Cons:

Vuodesohvassa on huono patja. Huone oli melko ahdas neljälle. Meitä majoittui neljä ja pyyhkeet oli tuotu vain kahdelle. Yöllä työskennellyt vastaanottovirkailija ei vaikuttanut kovin kiinnostuneelta työstään. Aamupalalta puuttuvat kasvikset amerikkalaiseen tyyliin ja lisäksi se tarjoiltiin kertakäyttöastioista.

Cons:

There was water on the bathroom floor when we arrived. Reported the problem. Maintenance came and check for leaks. Housekeeping came to clean it up.

Fantastic staff great place to stay
Pros:

Breakfast was great as was l7nch, staff are fantastic, we were only there for 3 days but it was very pleasant and quiet.

Cons:

Everything except we were there during spring break, kite day at the central park was cool but cold

It was a good stay.
Pros:

Easy access to meetings

Cons:

Elevators broken or stopped working.
When booking through a third party , the hotel will not verify the reservation.
You cannot call the front desk. You can only call a call center and they cannot verify your reservation.
Not enough coffee, cream9er or towels for a 5 night stay. Used soap in the bath tub.

Nice hotel with friendly staff.
Pros:

Nice room. Comfortable bed. There was a shuttle from the hotel to the metro line, but we did not use the Metro because it was not convenient to the sites we visited.

Worst experience ever. They let me cancel the reservation and told me I was going to receive a refund, but it has been almost three months and I still haven’t received the refund. I am being affected by this serious communication problem with Booking.

Very nice hotel at excellent location.
Pros:

Breakfast was better than average complimentary one but not as good as what I expected for the advertised "Very good breakfast". Nevertheless, it was OK.

Cons:

The breakfast was poor. The selection was limited and bad quality. I had to use takeaway crockery and cutlery.
