Pros:

We enjoyed our stay overall. We might return but only do so if the horrendous parking situation has been resolved
Pros:

The property was very nice. The room was excellent. The staff was outstanding.

Cons:

The parking was horrible. Parking was great at 2:30 pm. Upon our return from our event in Tuscaloosa around midnight it was clear that the entire parking lot was busting with anglers. There were no less than 8 to 10 trucks with boats attached. Each took up at least 4+ parking spots each. Two vehicles took up to 5+ parking spots. We circled the hotel 3 times till we decided to park against the curb between 2 other vehicles that obviously couldn’t find a place to park for the night either.

Pros:

We felt lucky to get a room as we had not booked in advance, but once we got into the hotel and our room we were delighted with its cleanliness and comfort. Also, housekeeping had created the most adorable elephant using hand towels!

PICK THIS PLACE!
Pros:

Our room was very spacious and clean. We had comfy beds and great water pressure in the shower. The breakfast was probably the best Ive ever had in a hotel. Scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, toast, muffins, scones, 2 kinds of waffles to make, with all the toppings....oatmeal with lots of toppings...fresh fruit, cereal and even boiled eggs. We will definitely be staying again the next time we are in the area!

Cons:

Theres nothing we didn't like. It was a great stay!

Love it!
Pros:

I love how I always feel special when i stay here for an annual event. Sometimes it's just the little things. The bed is a little hard for my taste, but nof horrible. The breakfast is good. The parking lot is well lit. I will definitely be back.
