Pros:

Suprising.
We were upgraded to a suite due to our Expedia status, which was a superb start. Then the food menu for supper and the included breakfast was surprisingly extensive and the dishes I had were very, very tasty. And live background music in the evening meal time.
All of the staff worked hard to please and this hotel is managed well, especially considering it is not in a major city.

Not worth the price, don’t fall for Radisson tag
Pros:

horrible service, in room service doesn’t pickup phone calls, staff at breakfast in not informed about inclusions of breakfast, reception staff doesn’t greet or address properly, so not a 4 star hotel with radisson tag

Comfortable and Value for money
Pros:

With more than four previous visits, not surprised but delighted at consistency of service and quality. Good food and lot of variety in breakfast and meal buffet spreads. Very helpful and responsive staff. Great Spa too for relaxed evening. Close to business zone.
