On the whole it wasn't a pleasant stay. The phones weren't working and it was a pain reaching the reception and room service. The beds were creaking and making a lot of noise. Pulled down the sheets and slept on the floor whole night. Horrible. Least expected from a hotel of this class. The water pressure was not sufficient too. Couldn't reach the manager too for he was busy in meetings... Only solace was the breakfast spread , which was good.

Shower room is not separate from toilet & hand wash.

It’s a property that has everything you need!! Excellent property with all aspects . It was a wonderful stay , highly recommended this property .

Pros : spacious rooms, all amenities provided. Very good setup . Has a basket ball play area . Nice swimming pool.

Cons : no board games or other games for children , staff are not trained especially in 180* restaurant, they won’t keep cutlery’s even after the table is occupied or even after asking. Do not smile and behave uncustomer friendly . This is about the restaurant alone , not about the reception. The reception staff and other staffs were friendly and helpful

Very noisy all night due to the big road along the hotel and no WiFi connection in my room !!

It was just ok for an overnight stay. The menu in the restaurant is very basic and not so exciting. common stuffs.

If the budget is tight and if it just a night stay this can be ok.

Hotel Claresta is an excellent choice and popular among domestic and foreign travellers for short and long stays. I have a string of continuous visits coming up to Hosur and will surely checkin at Claresta.
The Hotel offers a large but shallow swimming pool, a great gym and a spa to keep you busy. Food is of outstanding quality, and varied Menu. The beds were extra soft, and soundproof windows cut out the highway noise completely.
A wonderful experience at this most reasonable price.

Good Stay

Covenient location, Comfy beds, very good hotel amenities, but Punjabi daba service & food qualitiy can be improved further.

They did not provide details on how many people were allowed to stay in the room.. After reaching there they said we can not pay extra for fourth person even though we had booked a suite and since we wanted to stay together we had to book a presidential suite and they left us no choice..

Pretty good hotel. Not many options in this area.

It delivers on what it promises

Hotel has denied providing room as per the description mentioned in booking confirmation. For example, it was mentioned 2 king size beds in the description, which hotel said it is wrong description. Also behaviour of hotel reception was not supportive as we have booked the hotel room through Hotel.com on net.

The address of this hotel was confusing since it says Bangalore rather its in Hasoor, TN. However it is a fantastic hotel with very well mannered crew member and standard food service. It was surrounded by pleasant and peaceful weather. Its a good choice to spend time in the hotel itself. I would rate this hotel excellent in all other categories except the distance from Bangalore airport. Hotel.com provided good prepaid price as compared to book at the lobby. I would strongly recommend this hotel if location is not the priority.
