Proche de la mer

Cons:

Vous réservez parce qu'il y a un parking et on vous prévient une fois que vous avez payé que le parking est complet. Vous découvrez en arrivant que l' hôtel est en travaux avec les joies des coups de marteaux pour réveil. On annonce un bel hôtel , vous découvrirez une chambre minuscule vieillotte et limite. Porte manteau cassé, écoulement de la douche difficile. Bref à éviter.

BON SEJOURS SUR NICE
Pros:

Nous avons apprécié la situation géographique de l'hôtel, la chambre était correct et propre, le petit déjeuner correct , le petit déjeuner de samedi était mieux servi que celui de dimanche. Le personnel de samedi était plus professionnel.

Cons:

Le seul problème nous aurions aimé avoir une place de parking car nous avons réglé une note de parking de 63,20 euros et cela est bien dommage car au départ j'ai réservé avec parking gratuit après j'ai recu un mail comme quoi nous n'aurions pas de parking gratuit, mais c'était trop tard pour annuler.

Parfait.
Pros:

La situation géographique et le parking ainsi que la chambre en RDC donnant sur végétation. Très bien de plus nous avons été surclassés pour le même prix. Très apprécié.

Pros:

Bel emplacement à 15mn maxi à pieds de la place Massena pour le carnaval c était top..bel hôtel en cours de rénovation pour certaines chambres. Nous avions la chambre standard avec balcon belle salle de bain..Salle petit déjeuner jolie bon petit déjeuner. Personnel très sympathique vous donne des conseils pour votre séjour..calme et petit parking pratique . Passé 3 nuits contents ..a refaire..

Cons:

Un peu de bruit car travaux en cours mais ils font cela lorsque les gens sont déjà levés et de manière assez discrète..effectivement la moquette est assez ancienne et demande à être changée. Donc travaux nécessaires et dans quelques chambres seulement

Reserve new building, never room 224

Hotel is reasonably well located, walking distance from the sea and Massena

I am sorry to give this review, this was the third time I stayed here. First two times everything was nice and pleasant, I parked the car without any problems, but third time I have seen a different side of this place. After reservation was paid I received a message that there is no parking available for my stay, than we were put in old building which is being renovated for some time already, dirt, dust etc, room 224 is old and shabby, not even paper cups were there, not to say about coffee machine, sleepers which are available in the rooms of new building, small refrigerator hardly cooled few degrees less than the room temperature, difficult to manage hot/cold water. After complaint we were given two pairs of sleepers but cups were locked up in the bar until morning, receptionist Cyril was unpleasant and slightly arrogant. When I asked how can I be sure to reserve a room in a new building, the answer was - I don’t know
