La comida muy buena.

Cons:

Pues que no admitieran una devolucion de al menos el 50% de las 4 dias que me quedaban y que nos tuvimos que marchar por una urgencia. Ya que esa habitacion seguro que se la daron a otros clientes ganando el doble. No nos fuimos por gusto.

Het uitchecken

Cons:

De helft van het hotel was afgehuurd door een kindergroepreizenorganisatie..

Het was verschrikkelijk.. het personeel heeft gelogen tegen hun gasten hoe lang deze gingen blijven.

Het eten was ronduit slecht, het personeel was onvriendelijk en vlakaf grof met momenten.

De kamers waren veroudert, ik ga er nooit meer terug.

Dit was de slechtste hotelervaring dat ik ooit heb meegemaakt.

La ubicación es excelente, habitación muy grande, y limpieza

Cons:

La verdad que me gusto todo, quizás por decir algo y que tal vez ayude, al entrar en el baño me llamo la atención que la bañera se veía muy vieja con signos de oxidación, creo que una placa ducha sería lo ideal en estos tiempos...

La cama súper cómoda, y las almohadas también! Todo muy limpio, el personal encantador, pedimos cuna para la niña al llegar por la tarde casi noche y al ratito estaba lista. Las vistas increíbles, salida directa al paseo marítimo y para los niños es ideal, tiene tobogán en la piscina y recreativos. La comida estaba muy rica también.

Cons:

Por decir algo nos hubiera gustado algún espectáculo por la noche, supongo que era por la fecha, y que hubiese productos para lavar los platos, ya que tenía cocina. Aún así nos ha encantado y seguramente repetiremos!!

Muy bien ubicado, vistas al mar, acceso a playa, piscina, personal muy amable siempre dispuestos ayudar.

Cons:

La wifi no funcionó ninguno de los tres días que estuve. Al llegar lo comenté en recepción y me dijeron que era porque había muchos huéspedes conectados a la vez, pero fueron los 3 días a todas horas cuando no tuve conexión. Cientos de hormigas en la cocina, sus estanterías y zona del cubo de la basura, y algunas que pasaron a la habitación.

Lo que ves, es lo que hay.
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es excepcional, en primera linea de playa. Tiene parking de pago en el mismo hotel por 20€/noche.
En los restaurantes que están dentro del hotel se come muy bien, y son muy atentos y agradables sirviéndote.

Un placer la visita.

Alojamiento muy bueno, el personal y el trato horroroso.

Cercanía a la playa

Cons:

El trato del personal de recepción, en concreto Zaira y Araceli, muy prepotentes y con mucha falta de educación hacia el huésped. No saben organizar el trabajo ni lo que es el respeto.
En el comedor hay falta de personal, no encuentras mesas limpias donde sentarse.
