Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito y la distribución del apartamento es cómoda. La ubicación es perfecta. En primera línea de playa. El desayuno muy completo.
El personal es muy amable.

Cons:

Le hace falta una actualización. Los colchones están muy usados y se clavan los muelles. Bastantes deterioros por las paredes y puertas.

On the whole very nice
Pros:

Food was very good although could have been a bit hotter. Very good location .

Cons:

The bar could have opened a bit earlier as we like to have a quiet drink before dinner .
A kettle in the apartment would have made it a lot easier to make a drink ,it took a long time in a saucepan to boil water .

el hotel es muy bonito pero no me pareció bien que la hora del check out fuese a las 10:00 de la mañana ya que es demasiado pronto y tampoco nos dejaron ninguna habitación de cortesía para pasar el día y poder ducharnos luego, por lo demás todo genial

La ubicación del hotel con respecto a la playa.
Diversidad de locales, restaurantes, tiendas, etc...(dentro y fuera del hotel).

Cons:

Servicio de limpieza con personal muy justo.
Piscina con mucha gente.
Estado de los balcones y fachadas que dan a la piscina, (deteriorados y falta de pintura).
Actualmente, no tiene la categoría de hotel 4 estrellas realmente

Pros:

Lo mejor del hotel, con algunos peros, la piscina (aunque necesita mantenimiento), la cocina, el personal y la ubicación.

Cons:

Desastre. Habitación en pésimas condiciones con muebles que se deshacen si los mueves, sofá cama con quemadura de cigarro, cortinas y sábanas con manchas, mesita y sillas rotas, enchufes sin embellecedor, un peligro para niños. El primer día bajamos a recepción porque no se había barrido la habitación, esto se subsanó de inmediato. No es justo ofrecer una habitación en estas condiciones para las vacaciones de cualquier persona que ha pagado lo exigido por el hotel. Si no pueden ofrecer mejores habitaciones que cambien los precios, y si pueden ofrecer mejores condiciones pues que los suban, pero que no quepa la posibilidad de que una persona llegue a la habitación en la que va a descansar y la encuentre en estas condiciones. Sin ninguna duda, no repetiremos y no lo recomendamos, no es cuestión de comer bien y tener piscina, también consiste en tener una zona de descanso adecuada.

Mejorable, faltaba cava en los desayunos.

La habitación está demasiado antigua. Necesitaría una renovación. Las barandillas de los balcones muy estropeadas, hubo algún problema al respecto. Cayeron trozos de barandillas sobre las hamacas.
