Wonderful and quaint. Old inn type feel with modern conveniences. Great friendly staff makes you feel like family. Right in the heart of Old Quebec.
The friendliness and helpfulness of our hostess was superb. The location is great and offers easy access to old Quebec City. Room was excellent.
This was our second visit.
Everyone who works here is absolutely lovey, could not be nicer.
Location is great.
Room number 1 was perfect.
Looking forward to visit #3
Perfect location for shopping, dining and Christmas Market. Staff is fabulous, and the hotel has a cozy homey feel. Breakfast is a big plus.
The Manoir d’Auteuil was ideally located for a visit to the Christmas markets The atmosphere was perfect and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay at this property again.
The hotel and location were great. There are many restaurants and shops in easy walking distance. Esplanade Park is right across the street. More importantly, the entire staff was amazing, from the front desk people to the breakfast room staff to the room cleaning people.
Most notably, people at the front desk were friendly, knowledgeable, and a joy to talk with. As this was our first time in Quebec City, we had many questions. They took the time to determine what adventures we would like and then recommend options to us. All of their suggestions were right on target.
The hotel's free breakfast was a positive surprise. We were expecting a limited offering, requiring us to find a local restaurant each morning. But what we found was a satisfying array of yogurt, fruits, oatmeal, baked goods, coffee, and tea. The young man and woman who kept this process rolling were wonderfully friendly and accommodating.
We stayed on the third floor. While there is no elevator, we did not find the stairs to be a problem. The hotel staff will gladly carry up (and down) any heavy bags you have. You can park temporarily to load/unload right in front of the hotel. The hotel has arrangements with a garage for longer parking that's not a long walk.
We had a wonderful trip, the hotel was super convenient for walking around and the staff was excellent. We will surely be back to visit in the future. Thank you for a wonderful visit
What a lovely hotel within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and all that the old city has to offer! Our room was a charming retreat on the bottom floor with a fireplace, stone wall architecture and easy access to the back courtyard. Parking is available in the alley behind the hotel. It was quiet, warm and cozy. Breakfast was included, and the croissants, fruit and crêpes were out of this world. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We had the most wonderful time and will definitely stay here again when we come back to Quebec City.
We enjoyed our stay very much. Only feed back would be, while watching Christmas movies the tv froze often.
Every time we return to Quebec, we stay here. Lovely rooms, great location and wonderful staff. They have a passion for the area and are very knowledgeable. This time they recommended some exceptional restaurants and took care of the details. Highly recommend Chez Boulet which is a short walk. Highly recommend the Manoir.
Everything about Hotel Manoir D’Auteuil was lovely! It was very quiet and I slept very well. The staff were very friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would love to return one day.
we absolutely loved this beautiful hotel. The location is perfect for getting out to see everything that this gorgeous city has to offer- easy walk to all there is to see and do, and a good workout on the hills! The hotel is so comfortable and all the staff were super friendly and welcoming. We have fallen in love with Quebec city and will most definitely be back, and look forward to staying at Manoir d’Auteuil again - this will definitely our happy place in beautiful Quebec city from now on!
Perfectly located. The room was lovely and comfortable. The staff is great. Friendly, professional and helpful. I would stay again when returning to Quebec!
Each time we go to Quebec City we stay at the Manoir d'Auteuil. It is a beautiful old building with updated decor. Our upgraded room had a large bathtub. Great hotel.
Parking was great. Location is excellent. Rooms were perfect and staff were amazing. Thanks for a great visit!
My husband and I loved our time in Quebec City, and Le Manoir d'Auteuil Hotel was a treasure! It was well appointed, comfortable, with luxury touches throughout. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, and made our stay memorable in all the best ways. We can't wait to return. Breakfast is included, and the dining room is spacious, and comfortable. We enjoyed many wonderful conversations with guests, and staff, throughout our visit. Truly a Gem!
The Manoir D’Auteil is a first rate boutique hotel in the perfect location to explore the Old City of Quebec on foot. The bilingual staff are helpful and friendly. The rooms are charming and comfortable. Breakfast is a plus and the fresh baked croissants are a must have. It is on the expensive side but you really get what you pay for. Ditch the car at the public garage around the corner for a modest $20 a day and hoof it over cobblestones to all the sights and wonderful restaurants in the Old City. So don’t say au revoir, say a toute a l’heure!
The hotel exceed my expectations. The charming brick interior, spacious rooms and warm friendliness of the hotel staff. Its Ideal for exploring Quebec, either down town or uptown. It is a perfect mix of comfort, style and convenience.
