Personalen i receptionen väldigt trevlig, buffén dålig
Pros:

Det låg väldigt vackert

Cons:

Hade behövt modernisera och fräscha upp det. Buffén var riktigt dålig för att vara ett sådant hotell, väldigt o charmigt.Spa omodernt och bara stort och tråkigt

Excellent staff, food and secure parking!
Pros:

The staff were so wonderful! At reception Nacho was so kind. He drove us to our room and carried our luggage down the stairs for us.
We loved playing the Short Hole course. It was so much fun. We also enjoyed the driving range.
The food was so tasty! Adrian was an excellent server. Actually all of the staff were very attentive and friendly. AND, they make amazing mojitos! And, very yummy omelets!
We especially liked the different theme every night for the buffet.
For exercise walking the course was nice. The gym was well supplied, however a few of the pieces of equipment didn’t work.

Cons:

The noise of the falling rain outside of our door made it very difficult to sleep at night. Perhaps consider adding gutters would be a great solution.

Corta e intensa .. volveré !

El trato de recepción , buena información en el check in , un fajín de categoría y muy amable en su trato hacia la habitación .. gran equipo .
Y sobretodo , las instalaciones de gran categoría y un lugar con mucha paz y armonía

Cons:

Por poner un pequeño “ pero“, el servicio recibido en el bar piscina , a mediodía , al pedir una paella de presa , donde no se especificaba alérgenos en ese plato , y vino con exceso de champiñones , el cual mi pareja es alérgica a ello, y nos retiraron el plato sin opción a comerlo, se le ofreció otra cosa y finalmente , se nos cobró todo , sin ninguna explicación , y trato muy seco e incómodo .
