Prachtige accomodatie en geweldige tuinen en zwembad
Pros:

Prachtig hotel en geweldige kamers, voelde meer als een appartement dan als een hotelkamer, met een gang tussen de slaapkamer en badkamer.
Inrichting van het hotel was indrukwekkend, veel imposante meubels en kunst. De tuinen waren heerlijk! Vol fonteinen en schaduwrijke zithoekjes. Er stond een heerlijke wind in de tuin.
Het zwembad was erg groot en het water heerlijk verkoelend.

Cons:

De badkamer muren waren niet goed schoon.
Het was vervelend dat je alleen maar buffet-stijl kon eten, niet a la carte. Dus als je trek had in iets kleins of savonds laat nog honger had, was het óf aansluiten bij een gigantisch buffet voor hoog tarief of toch naar buiten moeten om eten te gaan zoeken. We hebben uiteindelijk grab food besteld.

Pros:

The hotel staff was very friendly. Rooms were spacious and kept very clean. The facilities and hotel surroundings also well maintained. Breakfast spread also was good enough.
If I go back, I would still prefer to stay here

Cons:

Only draw back was the location. nothing around the hotel for an evening stroll.

Very relaxing to close my Surabaya trip.
Pros:

I love the receptions of the hotel. The lush green Balinese feel. The rooms were spacious and very clean. And the breakfast is sumptuous ! love the wide variety of Indonesian local food and dessert. The hotel reception staffs were very very helpful when i needed direction advise to travel inside the city.

Cons:

All is good. If i need to comment probably would be the room lightings need to be added more. overall all is good.

The perfect stay in Surabaya
Pros:

This hotel blew us away, it was so comfortable and had a bath! The breakfast was incredible, such a huge range of options including great vegetarian options. The gardens and interior of the hotel were grand and beautiful, and the staff made us feel very welcome and taken care of
