A equipe foi bem atenciosa, dá para perceber que pensam nos pequenos detalhes para melhorar a experiência de acomodação. O quarto era ótimo, amplo, bonito e com a cama mais confortável de toda a viagem, a banheira também uma delícia. As vistas do hotel e das piscinas são incríveis e fazem toda a diferença. O café da manhã cheio de opções deliciosas e bem pensadas.

Eu e minha esposa fomos para o hotel em Lua de mel. Toda equipe nos recepcinou muito bem, ganhos um upgrade gratuito de quarto e estava todo decorado com pétalas de rosa

Wish We Could've Stayed Longer!

Everything was amazing at Hotel Maitei! The room exceeded expectations - it was gorgeous and clean, overlooking the pool area with an ocean view. The sauna facilities were spectacular as well! We would definitely stay again and recommend the hotel to our friends.

Charming but not safe to leave things in the room

Very well located and charming.

Cons:

After the last day cleaning, a chocolate that was ours disappeared and also head phones that were left in the room. We reported the issue but the hotel didn’t care. It was a bad ending for a good stay.

O hotel é lindo! Extremamente bem decorado, com vasos de plantas e vários locais aconchegantes. A localização é excelente. A vista é incrível. O café da manhã é espetacular! O quarto em que ficamos era bem amplo. A cama, enorme e confortável. Fomos muito bem atendidos por todos os colaboradores.

Cons:

Já que não possuem estacionamento, poderiam fazer parceria com os que existem nas proximidades e cobrir pelo menos parte do custo do hóspede. Caso vc queira consumir bebidas levadas por você nas áreas comuns do hotel, precisa pagar rolha. O preço da hospedagem já é bem salgado para quererem lucrar em cima disso.

O Hotel é muito bonito e aconchegante, mas precisa de algumas melhorias p ser compatível com o preço.
