O atendimento, a Lorena extremamente simpática, um atendimento sem igual, já fui uma vez e não achei que poderia ser tão bem atendido de novo e fui, o quarto limpo e confortável, fácil acesso ao quarto não precisa andar corredores e corredores até chegar!

Tv não era smart e internet não chegava no quarto direito.

Pros:

Quarto limpo, espaço, camas confortáveis, toalhas novas e limpas, acessórios no banheiro, roupa de cama limpa, vista linda do mar. Café da manhã simples mas saboroso. Parabéns para as camareiras e a gerente, pela atenção e cordialidade. Atenderam à uma necessidade nossa, permitindo entrar no quarto às 13h.

Cons:

Um pouco mais de simpatia da recepcionista que nos atendeu no check in.

Cama confortável , visão da janela da pra o mar

Cons:

Acredito que o checkin precise melhorar , eles colocam que são 14h, chegam pessoas antes , não é orientado fila , orientado só esperar nas cadeiras , e quem chega depois passa na frente de quem já está esperando há horas.
