The location is the best. Everyone works there are pretty helpful.

Cons:

I wish the breakfast time could extend another hour from 9:00 to 10:00, and also the check out time from 10am to 11am. It was so crowded it almost every morning during our stay, short breakfast time, can't really enjoy it ~

海外でも日本のように落ち着ける

日本の東横インと、全く同じ。安心感。
スタッフが、とても親切で、流暢な日本語に驚いた。これも、安心感につながった。

Cons:

チェックインの時に時間がかかった。予約番号は？と、今まで世界中のホテルに宿泊してるが初めて言われた。まあ、客室数が多いからセキュリティチェックのため？そして、その客室数の多さのため、エレベーターがなかなかこない所に不便さを感じた。

Central, really the best area to stay for your first time in Busan
Comfortable
Breakfast has different dishes every day

Cons:

Breakfast starts and ends pretty early which is a bit contradictory with how the country itself works (everything opens after 10am)
A bit annoyed that amenities were not in the rooms. they are on the ground floor and the free ones are somewhat limited - they have a vending machine with the others

Pretty comfy room, bit noisy
Pros:

Right next to the railway station, so transport is very convenient. The room was nice and clean, well equipped.

Cons:

It was quite noisy and not just because of the train station. Every time a room door opened close by, it sounded like my room opening. Also, breakfast was super chaotic, both getting there as the elevators were constantly stopping and got full very quickly, and because of the way they serve it. It's also strictly Asian style breakfast, so don't expect scrambled eggs and pancakes (unless they are kimchi pancakes, which were great).
