我住20樓，晚上大概12點左右開始到1點多容易聽到戶外有聲響，可能是地鐵在維修檢查？
畢竟這麼晚了應該不太會有列車行駛了？但連續好幾天戶外的聲響很大聲

프론트 직원의 어이없는 행동

부산역과 가깝고 부산항 제 여객터미널 가기가 편리하다.

Cons:

프론트데스크 서지수 씨라는 분은 고객을 아주 힘들게 하는 재주가 있다. 체크인 하는데 예약 번호를 잘 모른다고 하자 체크인을 할 수 없다고 하여 20분 동안 핸드폰을 여기저기 찾아서 예약 번호를 반쯤 얘기해 주자 됐다고 하면서 비로소 체크인을 해 주었다. 예약 번호 없이 체크인 하는 방법이 있을 텐데 왜 이렇게 힘들게 하냐고 하자이 호텔 방침이 그렇다고 한다. 전 세계 호텔을 40년 동안 다녀 보았지만 예약 번호 없어서 체크인을 못 해 주겠다는 호텔은 여기가 처음이다. 서지수 씨 개인의 편육된 그릇된 생각인지 아니면 호텔 운영진의 잘못된 교육인지를 잘 모르겠고 고객 편의를 생각하여 다른 호텔처럼 신분증이나 여권으로 본인 확인을 하는 것이 좋을 것 같다.

Pros:

安心安定の東横イン、という感じでした。お部屋は綺麗でとにかく駅から近く、コンビニも隣にあります。また、朝食は韓国料理も含まれたビュッフェで満足でした。

Cons:

朝、エレベーターが本当に来ないです。チェックアウトの時間よりも早めに出ていたのにも関わらず、朝出かける人と朝食に行く人が重なってまず来ない、来ても人が多すぎて乗れません。結局家族とスーツケースを抱えて13階から階段で降りました。階数が多いのにエレベーターが少なすぎるのではないでしょうか？

Bien situé tout proche de la gare de BUSAN et de l'activité de la ville, même si c'est une partie de cette grande citée.
Hôtel classique avec toutes les commodités.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner pas bien du tout.
Cet hôtel présente plutôt une ambiance "d'usine", avec énormément de monde et un personnel assez débordé.
