치명적인 문제점은 아니지만 자잘하게 별로 였음

1. 체크인을 저녁 7시 넘어 했는데 배정받은 3층 방의 뷰는 옥상만 보임
2. 호텔스닷컴 골드 특전인 음료 서비스에 대한 안내가 따로 없어서 문의 했더니 누락 되었다고 예약내역을 보내달라고 함.
3. 들어가자 마자 호텔방 쓰레기통에 면봉이 하나 있었음. 완전히 비우지 않은듯 함
4. 그리고 방바닥에 머리카락도 하나 있었음
5. 아침에 옆방 아기 우는 소리가 그대로 들림

Ceiling of hotel room fell and could have hurt your guests, where is your preventive maintenance?

Housekeeping on time. Near to shipyard.

Cons:

The ceiling of my hotel room fell, if I was any closer it would probably had screwed my business trip to Hyundai Heavy Industries. If this had happened inside your shipyard instead there would be so much investigation.

I hope your vessels are built better/safer even though you're all under the same umbrella.
