Cons:

Groups of drunks loitering outside my window yelling and cursing till 2:00am. No security on site. No one at front desk at check in times, 20 minute wait fort staff to arrive. No one answered phone.

Worn furniture was creepy. Would not stay again.
Pros:

Bathroom was clean and new. Sheets were clean, bed was well made and comfortable.

Cons:

Chair in room was very stained and worn. Decorative pillow on bed was old and torn. All hallways were the same color. It was confusing to find the way to your room. Key card caused a major, much too loud beep on opening door. All sounds carried from room to room.
