Please note that I have stayed in many hotels throughout my trip and I have never ever left a bad review but this hotel is nothing like it looks on the pictures. Extremely dirty and rundown. I was shocked when I arrived, I booked for 4 nights but left the very next day.
Location: 9/10
Very convenient, there’s basically everything you need by walking. I was here for skin treatments and all clinic are walkable within 20 mins.
Room 7/10
Some minor issues such as the sheets had some marks, dust on table, the shower head was broken (water comes out 4 ways)
Overall I think I would recommend this place.
The room was fine for a short stay, but I felt myself in the 1980's socialism. Clean, but a bit rough here and there. The staff was polite and very professional.
Cheap looking materials
Not bad
I liked my
Room for what it was worth. The hotel was quiet too. I didn’t expect much since there weren’t many pictures but I enjoyed my stay
It was dirty and there were loud guests next door. Its also located in a noisy neighborhood.. I would say definitely not family-friendly
Not like hotel, i prefer Motel6
Accommodation is easy to find from the subway station and easy to get to and The staff is okay. 'Cause I'm probably getting there too late. The staff's not very hospitable And most importantly, there was a nasal mask on the ceiling, which I was shocked by. But in hotels, it's noisy all the time, day and night. It's terrible.
Loved the aesthetic of the room. The wooden-theme is so relaxing and pleasing. The bathroom was VERY spacious. The remote control for the TV is the same with the A/C. So cool! a big bath towel is available unlike other the ones I've tried in which they only have small towels like half the length of the big ones. The price for a night was awesome knowing that it's in Gangnam which we all know is expensive. It's near some cafes, small bars and a subway station. The neighborhood is very quiet. You can just drop your key card in the elevator drop-box upon checkout. No need to speak to the staff on shift unless you have something from them.
I had a bit of problem with the checkout time. The thing that first pleased me with this hotel was the checkout time. It stated 12nn to 12:30pm on the app but the front desk guy on shift called me at around 12:03pm saying that it's past the checkout time. I did reason out the time reflected on the app but he insisted that the checkout time is 12:00pm. It wasn't rude, he was all calm but still, what I booked is what I booked. They should manage their info more on this app. Some people might get angry because of this. On the other hand, there's also a policy stated inside the elevator that they will not provide free things (toothbrush, toothpaste, etc) anymore. I didn't read it through but you will notice the necessities' absence once you enter the bathroom. So bring your own or simply buy at the nearest CVS.
Room is clean
Close to public transportation
Quiet and easy to find from subway station
Maybe not many amenities surrounding, it’s more suitable for business trip
Room very clean but shower is not good
Nice staff. Great location.
