Stay there most weekends the staff is nice and hospitable. It’s located near the train station and within walking distance to the shinsaegae/bus terminal.

Pros:

오래된 숙소여서 시설이 오래되긴했는데 욕실도 크고 방도 따뜻하고 무엇보다도 천안역에서 도보로도 가깝고 주변에 식당들도 괜첞은곳들이 가까워서 걸어다니며 밥먹고 좋았어요

가격 대비 호텔내의 상황은 좋았음
직원들 친절하고 더울만큼 히터 빵빵 틀어주고 뭐 만족할만 한데
토요일 아침이라 교회 관련 업체들이 주차장앞에서 마이크로 노래하고 기도를 빙자하고 소리 질러 깜짝 놀랐음
무료 급식같은 좋은 뜻의 행사지만 소음관련해서는 민원이 나올법도 한데
모두들 그냥 묵인하고 받아 들이는 게 이상하다라는 생각이들었음

The hotel is at very convenient location near metro station which can go direct to Seoul station.
Friendly front desk staff and affordable rates. Will certainly visit for vacation during stay at Cheonan factory.

일단 방이 넓었다는 점과 직원들의 친절은 좋았습니다. 하지만 투숙객 입장으로서 좀 자주 환기를 해주시고 냉장고의 청결상태도 수시로 확인해 주시길 바랍니다.(냉장고에 곰팡이가 조금 묻어있었습니다만 제거 요청하니 제거해 주었군요.)

방 크기, 청결 상태 등 모두 좋았습니다. 다만 에어컨 소음이 큰 편이어서 잠이 드는데 불편했습니다. 따라서 에어컨을 정비해 주면 좋겠습니다.

Pros:

방은 크고 화장실도 큰데 청결 상태는 엉망 이었어요~상명대 시험 때문 하루 묵었는데 담배 찌든 냄새와 수건은 더러워서 다시 바꿔 달라고 했습니다 호텔이라고 하기에는 청결도가 떨어졌네요

완전최악 조식에 유통기한 지난 요구르트가 왠일? 먹어도 괜찮타고? 완전 화남

아침조식은 절대먹지 마세요
유통기한지난 요구르트에 물에는 머리카락이 있어 깜놀했어요
컴플레인 했더니 요구르는 유통기한이 지나도 괜찮타는 이야기 듣고 화가나더군여 가족여행처음이었는데 아이가 먹는걸 못먹게 했네요
물도 오후엔 공사를 한다며 따뜻한 물이 안나와 고생했습니다
처음으로 가족여행 갔는데 숙소때문에 넘넘 실망했어요

방이 너무 커서 놀랬습니다. 화장실도 거의 저희집 작은방 정도 ^^;
시설은 다소낡고 카펫이라 얼룩에 청결이 걱정되었지만 침구가 깨끗하고 역주변이라 찾기 쉽고 만족한 숙박이었습니다.

3명이서 디럭스 트윈룸 이용했습니다. 내부 넓고 깔끔해서 좋았어요! 옷장 내부에 바지 옷걸이도 있으면 좋을 것 같은데 없이도 이용 잘 했습니다. 배게가 정말 푹신해요. 어디서 사신건지 물어볼걸... 배달음식 가능하고 방 내부에 전자렌지도 있어서 밤에 야식먹기 좋습니다. 냉장고에는 생수 들어있었는데 몰라서 2L 물 사갔네요. 생(수)고생...

만족스럽게 이용했습니다. 다음에도 천안가면 이용하려구요.
