面對廣安大橋，每天晚上看燈光秀與煙花
3人入住，只給2個杯子，詢問櫃檯、清潔人員皆說沒杯子，令人傻眼。
The location on the beach and the views from our room on the 28th floor were stunning. The room is big. Metro station is 10 minutes away walking. Bus station 5 minutes. Uncountable restaurants and shops on your footsteps.
The bathroom is huge, but there is only a bathtub with no curtains so you inevitably flood the whole bathroom. A, shower cabin would be the better choice in my opinion.

We liked the location and proximity to shops and diners. And the room size was good, but the state of the room was a disaster.
Very confused as to why the rating here is soo high!!! Our room was not clean, I could see someone else's hair on the floor and sofa, felt like it wasn't vacuumed prior our arrival. Our sofa had cigarette burns all over.
The air conditioner had dust and rust outside. Inside bathroom the hanger had so much dust when I wanted to put things over it.. so yeah very strange about the high rating here.
And also the swimming pool isn't free even if you are staying at the hotel! You gotta pay to use it, which is ridiculuous. And noone mentioned about it or wrote here.
The hotel is located right by Gwangalli beach with a great view of the bridge and light show. If you’re lucky to get a sea-view room then you can see the beautiful seascape. It’s central to good restaurants and located in a lively area.
The hotel itself felt a little dated. Parts of the walls were scuffed and our door handle broke off when simply opening the door. The AC made a rumbling noise and didn’t work smoothly towards the end. These things weren’t detrimental to our stay, but it would have been a more comfortable stay overall. Finally, we were a little disappointed with the infinity pool. It’s not very big and has an entrance fee of 40,000 won per person.

我認爲有以下。1- 厠所不是乾濕分離。2-馬桶是很冰很冰的，無法調溫。3-中央空調因此無法自行調整溫度。
냉장고 확인을 추가로 진행해주시면 좋을 듯합니다. 얼음이 녹은 것인지, 물이 샌 것인지 모르겠지만, 물을 마시려 냉장고를 열었더니 물이 조금 차 있었습니다. 이외에 아쉬웠던 점은 없습니다.

Le nettoyage est fait de façon superficiel.
Il y avait des cheveux dans le lavabo, plein de poussières sous les lits.
Le personnel ne parle pas anglais du tout.
Même avec les traducteurs c’est compliqué.
La piscine est payante : 40 000 par adulte pour le séjour .
Piscine intérieur : 20 000 par adulte
Il y a 2 comptoirs différents : hôtel et spa . Le comptoir de l’hôtel ne connaît pas les tarifs du spa et vice versa . Donc pour avoir des infos il faut parfois jongler entre les 2 comptoirs
Il y a qu’un seul micro-onde et il se trouve dans les bureaux de l’hôtel.
I would like to file a formal complaint regarding the male receptionist who was on the evening shift on June 29, 2026.
While I was staying at your hotel, I needed to contact the front desk from my room, but the room phone was not working at all. I went downstairs to ask for the reception phone number, but the receptionist refused to give it to me. He then asked which country I was from and laughed at me in a way that felt disrespectful and humiliating.
His behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. Guests come to a hotel to feel comfortable and welcomed, but instead I felt insulted and upset.
What made this even more disappointing was that it was my birthday. Instead of enjoying a pleasant stay, I was left with a very negative memory because of the way your staff treated me.
I am deeply disappointed with this experience. Because of this incident, I will not stay at your hotel again, and I cannot recommend your hotel to my international friends and acquaintances.
I sincerely hope you will investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that no other guest is treated this way in the future.

It’s close to the Gwangali beach, It’s super easy to find.
The bed mattress quite hard to enjoy. Although I don’t mind hard mattresses, but this one was an another level. Some of the staff wasn’t that friendly

The place was very comfortable, pleasant, and very spacious. It had an amazing view of the beach, the ocean, and the bridge. It is also in an excellent location, close to many restaurants and cafes
