동네 모텔보다 못한 내부와 체크인 지연
Pros:

위치, 청결함

Cons:

저녁 7시에 체크인 하는데 청소가 안되있어 체크인하는 30분 소요
조리가능한 객실이라 했으나 물컵도 없슴.
지하주차장 입구 옆 방으로 거실 창문 밖에 여러가지 건자재가 쌓여 있었고 객실 내부 등의 덮개가 없어 레드등이 노출됨
침대 옆 협탁도 부재. 핸드폰이나 안경 놓을자리 없슴.
주방 식탁 의자 커버가 더럽게 손상되어 있슴.

Pros:

침구는 나름 폭신했고, 에어컨이 있어 시원했음

Cons:

복도에서 닭장냄새 비슷한 꿉꿉한 냄새가 계속 났음. 방에서는 안남.
트윈베드, 고층 요청했고 요청 받아들어졌다는 메일을 받았으나 배정받은 방에 가니 더블베드에 3층 줌. 프론트에 문의하니 트윈베드는 선착순 배정이라고 함. 3시 체크인 시작으로 본인 3시 19분 도착, 순번표 뽑고 30분쯤 체크인 됨. 이런 내용 안내받지 못했고 숙소 정할때도 보지못함. 왜 메일은 그렇게 보낸건지 이해안됨.
고층은 왜 안주냐고했더니 청소안되서 30분 기다리면 7층 가능하다함. 체크인 3시부터아님? 거기 청소안된걸 왜 내가 기다려야함??
성수기 2박 35만원쯤 됐는데 이럴줄 알았으면 1박 6만원인 게하에 2인실 썼죠...거긴 트윈베드인데..?
확실하지도 않은 내용 받아들여졌다고 메일 보내지 말고, 트윈베드, 더블베드는 선착순이니 빨리 오라고 하던지요. 단양역에 2시 전에 도착했는데 3시부터 체크인이니 괜히 카페에서 돈쓰고 시간 버렸잖아요.
그리고 복도 냄새 좀 어떻게 해보세요. 환기는 되는건가요?
또 취사되는 방은 물 안준답니다. 취사안되는 방은 500ml 물 2개 주구요. 취사되는방 묶으실 분은 참고하면 좋겠네요.

Pros:

L’établissement est à mi chemin entre la location d’appartement et l’hôtel.
Le studio était spacieux, très propre et fonctionnel.
Une laverie en libre service, une supérette, une “boulangerie” et deux restaurants de qualité sont situés au sous sol. Un fast food est présent au rez de chaussée. Un micro onde était à disposition dans le couloir à notre étage.
Le personnel est très aimable et professionnel.

L’établissement est à 20 minutes à pied de la gare routière, avec une longue montée. Un taxi est recommandé en cas de bagages.
