Pros:

Perffect location, 1 min walking to times square . Staff very helpful. Even let me do the earlier check in since i have a toddler.

A localização é ótima, porém perto de pista então de manhã muito cedo já tem barulho se seu quarto tem janela pra rua, o café da manhã é razoável nada mto saboroso e pouca variedade bem americano mesmo, os atendentes são MUITO gentis, o quarto tamanho bom, limpeza ótima, cama mto confortável porém o ar seja frio ou seja aquecedor faz muito barulho no quarto.

Cons:

barulho da rua pros quartos janelas, café da manhã bem médio e o barulho do ar condicionado/aquecedor é péssimo

Comfortable, cozy and an excellent location
Pros:

Great staff that made it very easy check in and check out. We had to leave for an early flight, and the front desk prebooked a taxi for us at a fixed rate. The beds were very comfortable and there was very little noise from the street. I actually got a great sleep! The rooftop restaurant had wonderful food and atmosphere, and it was easy to access as a guest in the hotel. The location is just off of times square, making it an excellent base to see plays on Broadway!

Cons:

Main light in the room wouldn't turn on, but there were enough desk lamps to compensate. Our room faced onto the back alley which wasn't a problem for us since we were out and about a lot but wasn't a great view of the city.

Pros:

Nice and close to broadway and Times Square. Plenty of nightlife and wonderful facilities.

Cons:

Parking is terrible in the area. Expensive and limited.

Pros:

The staff was soo nice! And brought the luggage into our room and into the taxi. We got a free drink at the rooftop restaurant. The bed was crazy cozy.

Cons:

There was no windows. A bit sad, when you are on the time square. The rooftop makes up for it.

Wonderful service
Pros:

Amazing hotel the staff are very welcoming and they carnt do enough to help.
Room are comfortable very clean with everything you need
We had breakfast which I would highly recommend
Overall we have had a wonderful time
