Pros:

Good location, friendly staff, nice large shower

Cons:

Very low water pressure; mattress was a bit lumpy and sagged toward the middle; no shelf in the shower; elevators were dark - the whole hotel seemed dim

mal isolé les portes qui claquent le matin on peut pas dormir traqnuille, un supplément frais cachés de 45 dollars à régler à l'arrivée dont 25 dol qu'on peut utiliser en "crédit" au restaurant, mais si j'avais su j'aurais réservé ailleurs !!!!! c'est du vol pur et simple. J'ai réservé un autre hôtel après celui là et personne ne m'a demandé des frais cachés comme là

Pros:

Very central yet lovely and quiet. The rooftop restaurant was a nice feature. Great staff throughout the hotel😊

Cons:

Not the hotel’s fault but so dark! You didn’t know what the weather was doing until you actually got outside! On the flip side, was great to have a completely dark room for sleep!

Pros:

Líbila se mi naprosto perfektní poloha hotelu, jen pár minut od Times Square. Personál byl velmi příjemný, úslužný, vstřícný, vždycky ochotný pomoct. Pokoje byly prostorné a čisté, přesně jak jsem je viděla při rezervaci. Celkově jsem ocenila pohodlné a příjemné prostředí.

Pros:

Great location, right in the doorstep of Broadway, Times Sq and so close to many other things. I didn't have a street facing room, so there was no noise either. When you enter the hotel through the wooden doors you are hit by the lovely aroma and feel like you're somewhere completely different. It's very stylish, subdued lighting (which is nice after all the harshness of outside) and relaxing, with a comfortable bed.

Cons:

The air con unit is very noisy with lots of rattling in the ducts. The fitness centre is also very small and basic. Complimentary drinks in the lobby stop late afternoon, so no usual late night cuppa for me.
