朝食付きのプランで予約しましたが、朝食付きはないと言われました。
エクスペディアの予約表を見せてもうちは朝食付きはやっていないと。しょうがないので、お金を払って朝食を頂き、チェックアウトをするときにお支払いしようとしましたが、インクルードされてますと。。

英語が話せるスタッフの方は少ないです。
コロナ禍以降増えてると思いますが、ルームサービスが24時間と書いてありますが、20:30まででした。

近くにファミリーマートがありそこは助かりました。

This is a great hotel, not close to Shanghai city but the cost probably reflects this. Recommend!
Pros:

Fantastic room and facilities - they gym was modern and convenient, the bar and restaurant were well run and the staff were kind and friendly.
