Geräumiges Zimmer, Fenster mit Rolläden, Nähe zur Altstadt und Attraktionen ( z.B. Filzwelt ) und automatisierte Rezeption ab 14 Uhr

Cons:

Regendusche war undicht, sodass es bei der grossen Variante das ganze Bad unter Wasser stellte.
Der Wasserhahn am Waschbecken war nicht fest geschraubt.

Pros:

Чисто, уютно, тепло. Просторная светлая комната. Парковка сразу во дворе. Вокруг много кафе и ресторанов. Все близко: музеи, термы. Довольны гостиницей, еще остановилась там.

Cons:

Осень слабый интернет. Даже YouTube не тянул. Завтрак нормальный, но однообразный и с небольшим выбором. Ну и из мелочей: ни шампуня, ни геля не было в душе.

Pros:

Wir waren bereits das 2. Mal hier. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und verfügt ab 15:00 Uhr über einen automatischen Check-in. Es hat alles super geklappt. Die Zimmer sind neu und sauber. Das Frühstücksangebot ist absolut in Ordnung. Es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen.

En utvändig automat för incheckning var en utmaning för en annan gäst som behövde vår hjälp. All information fanns men det var lite krångligt att få ut sitt nyckelkort från automaten.

Zentrale Lage, große moderne Zimmer aber Sauberkeit, Frühstück u. Personalfreundlichkeit ausbaufähig

Zentrale Lage, Check-In per Automat hat bei uns reibungslos geklappt, ausreichend kostenfreie Parkplätze direkt am Haus vorhanden (Winter/Februar). Komfortables Bett, großes Zimmer sowie sehr großes Bad inkl. Föhn und Shampoo vorhanden.

Cons:

Zu dicke Kopfkissen (Geschmacksache), Haare unter einem der Kopfkissen, Spinnweben Zimmerecken sowie Bad diverse Ecken. Auf Booking.com nicht ersichtlich dass es sich um ein “richtiges” Bett sowie um ein großes Klappbett handelt (letzteres war nicht so komfortabel). Teppichboden im Zimmer (auch Eingangsbereich), leider keine Abtropfschale für Schuhe. Nervig dass Licht nur mit gesteckter Zimmerkarte funktioniert. Angefragtes und bestätigtes glutenfreies Frühstück gab es nicht. Auf Nachfrage war die Antwort “Nee, gibt es nicht, wir können ja nicht auf alles Rücksicht nehmen”. Frühstück ok aber nichts besonderes, hinter Heizkörpern sowie die gußeisernen Tischgestelle könnte mal gereinigt werden.
