The small open kitchen had a fridge that makes a lot of noise. I couldn't shut it down because the ice will be melting.

I really had fun with my Fiancé! He also loved it! Thank you.
Pros:

Very clean, the staff are friendly, and it’s a very comforting and warm place.

Cons:

Snacks are way too expensive and that you have to pay for the coffee.

Had an enjoyable time , will come again for sure. Good location
Cons:

Would be nice to have clean cutlery and plates in the room.
Would also appreciate having liquid soap for washing our hands and for washing dishes. Kitchen need to be more practical for a long stay.

"I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The air conditioner did not work at all, making the room uncomfortable. The bathroom had black stains and looked old and poorly maintained. Even worse, the door knobs were loose and coming off, which felt unsafe. To add to the frustration, I was charged for an extra day just because I checked in early. The condition of the room and the extra fees were unacceptable. I would not stay here again."

Cons:

A l'arrivée il n'y avait personne qui aidait avec les valises au moins d' ouvrir la porte pour entrer. pendant 9 jours la chambre était nettoyée 3 ou 4 fois pas plus.
A l'arrivée le personnel à l'accueil commence à citer les règles de l'hôtel avant de savoir si le personnel devant lui comprend l'anglais ou pas , comme cetait un devoir a réciter .
Je pense qu'un hôtel comme Smallville Express doit éviter ces fautes ,comme avoir un personne aide ses clients sur sont valise , écoute le client avant de lui réciter les règles de l'hôtel,et nettoyer la chambre du client chaque jour.

Läget var fint och centralt, jag har bokat detta till min hustru, hon bodde där. Hon tyckte om bra servis och otroligt trevlig personal, speciellt Maya i receptionen och resten av personal, Hotellet är att rekommendera
