The location and venue was absolutely perfect. Only a short walk to the bus terminal, the hotel allowed me to park my car before checking in. Our room had its own onsen tub and it was so clean and up-to-date. The food was just okay… but I was happy overall with the service and everything else, that it did not matter.

部屋風呂、無料の日本酒やマシュマロ、良かったです！朝ごはんだけ、席についた時に出してもらえるようにしたらさらに良かったです。

到着時、土砂降りでしたが玄関で傘をさして出迎えていただき大変助かりました。駐車場に車を移動する主人にも大きな傘を提供してもらえたのでありがたかったです。

お部屋は広々とした和洋室で、大きな窓からの緑が美しかった！
大浴場の露天風呂も楽しめましたが、部屋のお風呂もとても気持ちよかったです。
入る前にお湯の温度を確かめていなかったので熱すぎて急いで水を入れて調整しましたが、部屋で浴槽から溢れ出る温泉に入れるのは本当に贅沢ですね。
朝食もビュッフェではないので落ち着いて美味しくいただきました。朴葉味噌はご飯が進みます。
デザートは最初からセットされていたので、常温で美味しいものか、食後に冷えたものをいただけたら最高だと思いました。

お風呂上がりのアイスや飲み物、日本酒とおつまみの提供などとても嬉しかった。

木をふんだんに使った建物やインテリアが自然と調和してとても気持ちの良いところでした。

温泉がとても気持ちよかった
館内が広くて部屋から大浴場や食堂、ロビーまでかなり遠い。
部屋までのエレベーターをいくつか乗り換えなければならず、位置がややこしい。

Large resort surrounded by beautiful green space. Friendly services, excellent Japanese dinner and breakfast. Public, private, and in room onsen.

We lived our stay. Beautiful onsen, we loved the private and public baths. Enjoyed having a bath in our room. Very comfy room, great food for both dinner and breakfast. Amazing environment

Place was nice, we got a kind attention for our anniversary. The schedule there is very precise for the check in, food, etc… choice for the drink is very very limited compare to other hotel. Very hard to find hot water unless you pay to have access to the lounge.

Really enjoy staying at this osen hotel, free flow of drink every night and ramen for super! Breakfast & dinner menus r 5 stars 🌟

全体的に良かったです。

インバウンド効果でインフレしてることもあるが、価格の割には普通です。
お値段がもう少し安ければ満足度はあるかと思います
逆に言うと、不満点も無いです

贅沢に一人で温泉付き和洋室に宿泊しました。
お湯はトロリと、お肌に良い感じ。
部屋からもお風呂からも雪景色を楽しめて最高でした。
部屋の温泉は熱めで、ぬるいのが好みな私には少々大変でしたが、窓を全開にし露天風呂みたいにして、しばらくすればお湯は冷めて適温になります。湯もみ用の棒もあったので、それでお湯をかき混ぜれば、加水せずとも冷めます。

大浴場も気持ちよく、湯上がりにアイスやコーヒー牛乳など自由にいただけるし、熱燗やおぜんざいなどもあって、最高でした！

貸し切り風呂も２箇所堪能し、楽しみ尽くした感じです。

スタッフは若い方が多く、テキパキと動いており、気持ちの良い接客でした。
和風旅館の雰囲気を保ちつつ、システム的にはホテルのようで、気を遣わず一人で過ごしたい私にはピッタリでした。

また、来たいと思います。

Arrive early here so that you can enjoy their free offerings such as warm sake, cold beer and more! Their public bath has indoor, outdoor and sauna! We enjoyed bath a lot and foods! Their presentations were so stylish and amazing! We will be back again with other friends!

Nice place but disappointing : when we checked in, we were told to book our diner at 5.30 or 5.45. 😱very early for diner !!! We noticed after beeing served that there was a second service….
We were told that public bath were closed only privates open… when we visited the public bath in the evening, we heard people in there !!.. In the room: One lamp because one bedside table only… no plug closeby…. Just one at the entrance and one behind the TV!
Same towel for the privets bath and the bathroom !!…. only one pillow per person…. And our stay in not over! ….
Restaurant and service very good. Some staff won’t speak very well English…

i think everything in this area is overpriced, so not much option anyway, but i did wish a few things would be better. first the hallway carpets are really dirty, they should steam clean them. there is no elevator if you are in the rooms on the second floor and they dont have someone who looks sturdy enough to help to carry them up the stairs. it also requires a pretty far walk. the private onsen is really just a small ceramic tub that only fits one person and the water runs the whole time so its a little annoying at night. the private onsen that can be reserved not in the room is big enough for two people, but you have to walk through the hallway which is pretty cold, so not worth it. we didnt go to the public onsen. the bbq dinner on the first night was amazing, but the shabu shabu dinner the second night was not to our liking at all, and the breakfast is really traditional and at this point in our trip we wernt in the mood for it anymore. the room was also really basic and blankets on the futon were really starchy and uncomfortable. i would consider the rooms a 2 star to be honest, and the hotel itself as a 4 star bc the lobby area and extra snack areas were nice. its right next to the bus station that takes you to Komikoche reserve though, so that was awesome.
