Please note that guests with a dinner-included plan will be served a teppanyaki dinner for the first night of stay, unless specified otherwise. Guests who wish to have a French course dinner on their first night of stay must notify the property at least 3 days before the arrival date. Requests made after this period cannot be guaranteed.

Guests staying for 2 consecutive nights or more will be served teppanyaki dinner for the first night, and a French course dinner the next day unless otherwise specified. For further nights of stay, teppanyaki and French course dinners are then served on an alternating basis.

Please note that the property assigns guests with a designated dinner time upon check-in. Requests to have dinner at a specific time cannot be guaranteed.

Need a better room for outdoor activities equipment including ski and boot storage
Pros:

Breakfast was fine for mix of eastern and western.

Cons:

Smell of fish for breakfast was overpowering and not appreciated. Less fish steaming or better ventilation required.

자연속에 있는 온천 숙소
Pros:

숙소 뷰들이 다 너무 아름다웠습니다.
특히 온천을 즐길 수 있는 대욕장과, 노천탕 또 프라이빗한 온천탕있는 공간이 4개의 방으로 이루어져 있는데, 비어있는 방에 가서 가족끼리만 사용할수 있다는 점이 정말 좋았습니다.어머니 모시고 갔는데 정말 만족하셨어요. 방 시설은 좀 오래 되었지만,아늑했습니다. 제가 갔을때는 한국분 상주해 계셔서 아주 편했습니다. 하나부터 열까지 다 알려주셔서 좋았습니다. ~조식은 아무래도 북해도이다보니 회가 신선하고, 지역 우유 토마토 주스 사과주스 이런게 정말 맜있었어요. 그 외의 음식들은 호불호가 갈릴수 있을 것 같아요.

저희는 차로 이동하였는데, 차로 가신다면 꼭 해지기 전에 도착해야 합니다, 도착 10키로 남은 지점 부터, 오솔길이라, 어두워서 앞에 보이지 않고, 도로가 얼어 굉장히 미끄러워서, 운전능숙자 아니라면 위험해요. 이런 사전고지가 있었다면 좋았을걸 하는 아쉬움이 있었어요. 또 시설 부분들이 아주 오래된 아날로그 방식이라, 직원에게 자주 물어봐야 하는 시스템이라 아쉬웠지만 그 나름대로 운치는 있었지만, 성격급한 한국 사람들에게는 약간의 답답함이 있을수 있네요.

Pros:

Fantastic Onsens, great management and friendly staff. Super clean and useful facilities. Comfy beds and relaxing room. Coffee making tools in the room.

Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut, wenn man den Park besuchen möchte und das Hotel an sich war auch schön.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war zu viert schon sehr klein und eng, wirkt auf den Bildern sehr viel größer. Dementsprechend hat für uns das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis auch nicht gestimmt. Außerdem war der Großteil des Personals nicht außergewöhnlich freundlich, was man in so einem Hotel schon erwarten kann.

Каждый день после катания на лыжах посещали онсен прямо в отеле - это очень удобно и он там шикарный! Есть общий, а есть приватные. Ужины в ресторанах недешевые, но тоже очень понравились.
