Great location and great experience.
Pros:

Great facility with some lovely private onsen that you can use. The food is also really good. The breakfast has a great selection. Complimentary wine at night is a nice touch too with boardgames to use.

Cons:

Bed was a bit uncomfortable and firm but that is just my preference.

Good service in a stunning location.
Pros:

We liked that the staff were extremely attentive and helpful. We also enjoyed the range in the breakfast buffet, and the aftrnoon treats.

The coffee machine being available all day was another pleasure.

We also enjoyed the evening meal in the French restaurant.

We apreciated the use of the microwave for when we did not want to frequent the restsurant.

Cons:

The unexpected additional taxes for the onsen, which we did not use.

Great onsen stay close Mt Asahidake ropeway
Pros:

Amazing location 5 minutes walk from the ropeway. The French/Japanese dinner was excellent. Staff very welcoming and a great onsen.

Nie jest źle, ale mogłoby być zdecydowanie lepiej
Pros:

Pokój był przestronny, dobrze działało wifi, było dobre śniadanie, b. sympatyczna obsługa (z drobnymi wyjątkami), wygodny parking i b.dobra lokalizacja! W hotelu było sporo "drobnych" udogodnień (dostęp do kawy, hetbaty, ciasteczek/ przekąsek po południu, lodów po wyjściu z onsenu (!), ramenu późnym wieczorem).

Cons:

Kolacja - tragedia... Dokując rezerwacji przez booking, nie dostajesz możliwości wyboru kuchni (są do wyboru kuchnia japońska i francuska). Nie ma później żadnych informacji/ przypomnienia ze strony hotelu, że można wybrać sobie, co wolisz zjeść na kolację. Po przyjeździe do hotelu już nie ma możliwości dokonania wyboru. Obligatoryjnie zostaje Ci przydzielona kuchnia francuska... Cóż, jedzenie było dobre, ale porcje są w wersji mini i nie ma ich dużo (kuchnia degustacyjna), nie ma sycących dodatków (np. ryżu, ziemniaków itp.), przez co człowiek po kolacji jest głodny, dosłownie (i to chodzi o dziewczynę!). Jeżeli ktoś nie je mięsa, to w ogóle nie ma co jeść... W tej kategorii cenowej za nocleg tego typu kolacja to całkowita porażka!
