お風呂も部屋もホテルも良く手入れがされていて清潔感があって良き古きをとてもいい感じに表現できていて大好きなホテルです

デラックスルームに3人で泊まったのですが3個目は布団を自分でひいてシーツも自分でやらなければならなかったとこや、ベットとは異なり布団が薄く身体が痛くなりました。そこだけがちょっと残念でした。1人の料金は変わらないので

ไฟในห้องมีหลายจุด แต่ยังไงก็มืดอยู่ดีในความคิดของเรา
เป็นคนนึงที่รู้สึกว่าไฟแบบนี้มันอาจเหมาะกับการผ่อนคลาย พักผ่อน
แต่สำหรับเรา มันดูไม่สดชื่นเอาซะเลยค่ะ มันมืดเกินไป
อยากให้ปรับปรุงมากๆๆๆ

利用してとても良かった。
Pros:

・チェックイン、アウトの時間がとても良かった（滞在しやすい）。朝食は、予想以上に良く再訪したいと思った。お風呂の湯加減が丁度良く、温泉なのがうれしい。水分補給がしやすかった。
・スタッフの挨拶は良かった。
・コンビニがすぐに利用でき調達しやすかった。
・宅急便ですぐに配送手続きができて便利だった。
・元町やベイエリアに行きやすく、立地がいい。

Cons:

・ホテルの入り口が、道路からは少し分かりにくいと感じた。慣れると問題はないが…。
・ロビーがもう少し明るくてもいいのではと思う。
・部屋の空調は、調整できるものの方がやはりいいと思う。

Pros:

部屋も綺麗で高級感ある。特別なホテルである事が実感出来る。大浴場も湯船やロケーションも素晴らしいく、風の非常に強い日だったが、ガラス塀などがあり対策された設備で，お客様目線でのの気配りを感じた。朝食が抜群に美味しかった。

Cons:

ソファから針金が出ていた。気が付かなければケガするところだった。清掃時にしっかり確認して欲しい。
朝食時に猛烈に混んでいて、ゆっくり食べれない。ビュッフェなのにおかわりにいけない。レーンが別だと海鮮以外は料理が違っていた。

Pros:

I really liked this hotel. it has character despite being quite big. the rooms are nice and i love the window providing a nice view over the city, with a little coffee station set up to enjoy. the breakfast is quite an experience.
