Misleading pictures, very dated and smelly. Would not go back
Pros:

We liked the pool and a large comfortable bed

Cons:

Tried to charge us again at check in, did not have a third bed prepared for our friend who was also staying (I had messaged on Booking.com to arrange this months prior). The room was very dated, not very clean at all. The whole “suite” we were upgraded to was just awful and old. Could tell the room had been smoked in for years and the aircon unit in the kitchenette was dripping and smelled like foist / mould. The balcony was small with a safety net over (not very aesthetic!!) and taxis took a while to get to the busier more tourist attractions so location wasn’t great either. Only booked this to be closer to embassy but still took 30 mins! Overall very disappointed as the reviews looked ok, but everything else was dirty, smelly and old. Even the cupboards and wardrobes smelled awful!
The camp bed which was set up was very uncomfortable and the quilt they covered up was stained and awful. Would not recommend staying here

Pros:

Some staff will nice to help you , you could wash and dry your clothes in the room. It is perfectly for long term visitor.

Cons:

1. They told me the gym will be close 10:00 pm , all the lights are closed on 09:45 pm. It is very dangerous for people who are excerising. We feedback that to the staff on April 11st night , she said sorry and will improve it.
2. It is happend again on April 12nd night , staff also said sorry and will improve it. In the fact that I am very disappoint about that and I do not want to use that anymore.
3. Your free shuttle bus can be used till 10:00 pm , I can not find any staff help us on April 14th 09:30 pm. When I asked the front desk staff , he just told me close on 10:00 pm. I said that current time is 9:30 not 10. He told me that "OK,OK go to outside check". Then I saw a person come from the front desk door. It is make me feel annoying. I can accept the staff go to toilet or take break for security , but the front desc staff responsed is not suitable.
4.We are very sorry for leaving some cookie crumbs on the floor while having a snack the other night. When we come back to hotel that the cookie crumbs still on there. We even left a tip, yet the basic cleaning wasn't even done.

Great value hotel but ask for tower 1or 2!
Pros:

Overall the hotel was great. It had everything we needed as a family of 3… including a bedroom for our son so he don’t have to sleep in the room with us. The bed was comfortable compared to other Thailand hotel beds which tend to be rock solid. I slept very well. Housekeeping was daily and done well. Bottled water was always plentiful. Staff were pleasant and tuk tuk always there to take us to the top of the soi . Oh, the washer/dryer got plenty of use too.

Cons:

The location wasn’t the best. Lots of noise coming from Soi 4 as we were in tower 3. The walk down the road from the station was long in the heat. We never did mange to get the tuk tuk back down road after a long day. But I think we would stay there again as the positives outweigh this.

Pros:

The staff were great and the courtesy tuk tuk is excellent. Great swimming pool and clean rooms.

Cons:

My room was supposed to be quiet and they put me right under the gym. Banging weights early morning and late night. Not quiet as requested.

Excellent stay in a prime location with only minor drawbacks.
Pros:

The stay at the hotel in Bangkok was excellent with almost no complaints. The bed was extremely comfortable, one of the best I’ve ever slept in. The pool was clean and well-maintained, the staff was very friendly, and the location on Sukhumvit was perfect.

Cons:

The only minor issue was the WiFi, which was occasionally slow or unstable. Otherwise, everything was at a high standard.

Pros:

The room was very big, it is a great place to stay near the end of your holiday as rooms have washing machines. The beds were the best we stayed in and the room was very clean. I will stay there again.
