Location. Convenient and roomy.
Pros:

Location. Handy to exhibition centre and stones throw to Lygon st. Apartment very roomy. Laundry with washing machine. Well appointed kitchen. Decent sized fridge.

Cons:

Our entry door blind was missing. Not a big deal as we had privacy because of solid court yard fence.

Nice stay in Melbourne for the night.
Pros:

Walking distance to the international garden and flower show. Apartment was clean the beds were comfortable staff were nice to deal with over the phone

Cons:

Nothing to dislike. The apartment was clean. We got a good nights sleep.

Location was great

Cons:

The bed. Old coil mattress. The bed was very hard and I could feel the old coils in the bed. Did not sleep well at all. The bed definitely needs replacing.
Old pillows with blood stains.
Lack of privacy. The blind was missing on the glass door.

Pros:

Dated, but perfectly adequate. Clean enough, but definitely needs minor repairs and deeper cleaning, especially of the common areas.

Disappointed
Pros:

Close to Royal Melbourne Hospital

Cons:

The room needs a very good clean,carpet needs steam cleaned,found tow nail in lounge room, I think who ever does cleaning of room needs a good lesson in hygiene and must look for detail
