Pros:

Staff and location fantastic and rooms were large

Cons:

Clearly the hotel is a bit old but to be expected in a colonial building which was part of the charm right next to the main plaza and church

The hotel is very central and convenient, comfortable and asequate. Pribabky quite grand, in the past. Reasonably priced.flexible service.

Cons:

Old and dark fusty appearance. Breakfast not special, quite vasic.

Happy with room & staff. Shame Booking.com has posted the wrong info. There's a 24 hr registration

Cons:

Booking.com said that registration was till 2 pm. I left a message via Booking.com- to see if my bus was late. Could I check in at 9 pm or later. NO RESPONSE. I emailed 2 different emails, but both were returned unsent. I called, but- m NO ANSWER. Finally, I emailed via Booking.com AGAIN. & they didn't understand pm. So thought that I wanted to check in early. Turns out they have a 24 hour registration. Last try was a text in baby Spanish & the relied in 1 word. Yes.

Pros:

Hotel com uma boa estrutura, quartos grandes e camas confortáveis. Ótima localização, os funcionários foram excelentes, principalmente Karen e Joaquim que nos receberam e nos ajudaram em tudo que precisamos.

Cons:

O único problema foi na primeira noite que ficamos, o quarto tinha um barulho e manteve a noite toda. Quando retornamos, pedimos para trocar de quarto, aí foi bem tranquilo.

Perfect location, stylish hotel with helpful staff
Pros:

Perfect location in centre. Stylish hotel with inner courtyard. Big room, hot water and good WiFi. Helpful staff, good breakfast.

Cons:

Streetwise can be a bit noisy. Around courtyard as well, but it did not bother me
