Park House Hotel

This hotel stands out as one of the best! The property is amazing and the rooms are great! The restaurant has delicious food. My favorite place to stay when I’m working in the area.

As always amazing staff. Best hotel in Krivoy Rog, you will not be disappointed. Many restaurant and hotel employees spoke English. Staff went out of their way to assist me. Staff arranged bus and taxi to a different city. Provided me with model and license plate number of taxi and bus. As an English speaker, this made it very easy to make my connections.

Such a great hotel! The property is beautiful with well kept landscaping. The restaurant on site has amazing food. I will definitely be back!

A very good and clean hotel, friendly staff and the hotel has a good swimming pool .

The front desk was very helpful and always available to call a taxi. The property is not near downtown, but 10-15 minutes by car and a taxi is about ($3). The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. Nothing fancy, but a great value. The surrounding property is quite nice and a good restaurant and bar share the site.

Hotel was fairly basic but cheap.
In room curtains were thin and didn’t keep light out or the room warm.
Bed clothes were thin and mattress hard and uncomfortable.

Very convenient hotell, in nice surroundings. The staff vere very helpfull, and really went out of their way to be of assistance!

There is no better hotel in Ukraine, staff is excellent most speak at least some English and always a staff person on site that speaks excellent English. Park like grounds beautiful setting.

Park House Hotel is located at very excited location. Everyone who want a pleasant surrounding must be staying in this hotel.

A fantastic hotel. Rooms are quality. An excellent restaurant named Priroda is located at this hotel. There is a beautiful garden. The hotel staff were very helpful and polite.

Hotel staff was excellent and went beyond great customer service. Most of the staff spoke good English and if they did not they found someone who did right away. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is traveling to Krivoy Rog, Ukraine

Park House Hotel is an excellent hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I am an American and felt very comfortable in the hotel. Most of the staff is able to communicate in basic English. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and quiet. Restaurant is clean, staff helpful, food is excellent. Hotel grounds are well kept, gardens are maintained beautifully. The hotel is not really within walking distance of amenities or shopping, but taxi's are readily available and be arranged at the front desk. I would recommend this hotel to friends or anyone.

The staff was superbly friendly and accommodating. One of best in all the world. Room services meals were great quality. I had to leave before free breakfast... so they made me food to go... without even asking... i.e. great service

Stayed here while visiting Krivoy Rog, Ukraine. The hotel was quiet, clean, friendly. Furniture was somewhat outdated and the rooms were smaller. Very affordable. Staff speaks some English which was nice as I did not speak Russian or Ukrainian. The restaurant was nice, good food, affordable. The grounds were well kept and quiet. Very nice to sit on the balcony, eat and drink, and not hear traffic.

What can I say! Staff lacks of English but they try to do their best to accommodate you, the hotel is far away from the center of the city; overall my experience and expectations are great compared with other hotels that I'd stayed in Ukraine. Definitely I'd stay in the same hotel I recommended it.
