Het personeel en de mooie tuin rondom plus parking

De airco was stuk en het was voor ons onmogelijk te slapen...het was er zeker 28 graden.
Ik ben ventilator gaan vragen , maar de vriendelijk heer heeft ons ineens een nieuwe kamer toegewezen met airco. Ondertussen was het wel haast 22 u...

Équipement ok, parking facile

Cons:

Un gros orage a coupé l'électricité de la chambre d'hôtel, ce qui a dû planter le système d'ouverture ou de check in et en pleine nuit un autre client est rentré dans notre chambre. C'est une expérience très désagréable ! A cause de la coupure électrique la climatisation ne fonctionnait plus en pleine canicule. A 8h du matin une personne de l'hôtel nous a réveillés en frappant à la porte afin de remettre l'électricité. Ça aurait pu attendre que nous sortions de notre chambre!!! L''expérience de cette nuit n'est pas du tout agréable. Nous avons fait le check out en étant à peine salués, nous attendions un minimum d'excuses pour cette nuit chaotique. Le comportement de ces personnes n'est pas du tout professionnel. Nous avons écrit à l'établissement pour reporter ces désagréments et surtout indiquer le manque d empathie au moment du check out nous n'avons reçu aucune réponse. Ceci est le reflet du manque de professionnalisme de ces personnes.
L'établissement pourrait avoir une autre dimension et réputation si les clients étaient mieux considérés.

Pros:

Chouette endroit car c'était vraiment à côté de la salle de fête où nous étions invités. Hôtel très propre, personnel disponible, souriant, aimable et agréable.

Cons:

C'est un peu vieillot dans les chambres, manque de modernité. Et un détail, il manque une brosse pour nettoyer les toilettes.
