La habitación en general era cómoda
se puede descansar bien ya que no se escuchan ruidos exteriores.
la comida del restaurante es rica y a buen precio.
el personal es muy atento solo que si note que si tienen demasiados huéspedes no pueden atender completamente la necesidad que se tiene.

no me agrada el olor a guardado o humedad.
y ví que decía que si te hospedas más de tres días las toallas las cambian cada tres días a menos q las dejes en el piso ya que hay un acuerdo de ahorro de agua (está bien ) sin embargo las toallas no se secan.
están remodelando (cosa que no viene especificado hasta que llegas al hotel y te das cuenta)sin embargo el servicio de elevador no está al 100 el elevador jamás subió al piso de la piscina q está en el 6 y tuve q bajar las escaleras hasta el piso 2.

La cercanía del paseo a la orilla y algunas cosas interesantes

Cons:

El personal es algo grosero, te contestan con tono molesto, no les importa ayudar a resolver los temas con la app de reservas. Las camas más a fondo ya están bien viejas y rotas las bases, les hace falta poner más almohadas.
