Disappointing experience
Pros:

It had free shuttle buses to Karon beach. The pool area was nice. Staff are very nice and friendly. We expressed our unhappiness with the room we got, and they were kind enough to upgrade it.

Cons:

Hotel’s pictures definitely look better than its reality. We were very disappointed with our experience. Breakfast was limited. There were lots of construction happening in hotel area, and so much noise. Hotel is in a tired shape overall. We even had problems with our door lock.

Nagyon kellemes szálloda, szép helyen.

Cons:

A reggeli elég gyenge volt. A strand 20-25 perc sétával érhető el (de hétfőtől péntekig van a szállodának ingyenes transzfer szolgáltatása).

Buenisimo
Pros:

Muy cómodo , las camas maravillosamente cómodas , las cortinas black out generaban uno pudiera dormir hasta tarde sin problemas, la piscina muy bonita . Solo la barra al menos en nuestra estancia no estuvo abierta

Uso de la piscina hasta más tarde ( era hasta las 22.00 pm ) y que la barra estuviera abierta

Everything was as expected and satisfactory

It was peaceful and quiet during the day and night but still only a couple minutes in a taxi to the main bit.

Great pool area with cold water (needed to escape from hot heat).
Pros:

Great location. Short distance from Karon beach.

Cons:

Property is tired and needs updating and care in places. We were given two single beds and not a double bed.

Pros:

The rooms where big, good beds, nice restaurant on the mountain with a beautiful view but closed at 6pm so not for dinner.

Cons:

It is not for old people as it is walking up a lot of stairs. My mom will not come back as we were looking for a place for her. The hotel is old fashion but the price is low for Phuket so you get what you pay. The shuttle doesn’t go every day to the beach or up to the restaurant so you need transport to get around because walking to the beach is 20 min what is ok if it isn’t to hot.
