Pool hours are terrible and it is not free. That does not make sense.

Charge extra for sofabed without prior notice upon arrival. Took 20 minutes to set up the sofabed!

La ubicación es fantástica en Hiroshima. Es un hotel moderno, con instalaciones muy cuidadas. Las habitaciones eran amplias y acorde a las expectativas que teníamos.
El personal era en general atento y amable, pero algo menos de lo que se espera en un hotel de estas características y en un país como Japón.

We spent two nights in this lovely hotel. It’s ideally located next to Hiroshima train station which is perfect for catching the Shinkansen to the next wonderful Japanese city. We took the bus right outside which takes you to the many memorable and must visit places in Hiroshima. We visited the city because of its sad history and will never forget the lovely people we met there and their kindness. Thank you to all the staff for a fantastic stay.

Pool hat extra gekostet und war verhältnismäßig teuer. Allerdings war das auch gut, sonst wäre er wahrscheinlich sehr überfüllt gewesen.

Location eccezionale: direttamente in stszione .Le stazioni in Giappone non sono come in Italia, ci sono una marea di ristoranti, locali, 7-e, alberghi . Camere spaziose , letti comodi . Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo .

Why to charge exact amount on using the sauna? Even if it is a small amount.why? I’m on holiday at Japan for 24 days and this is the only hotel that ask for such charge
