Great location and comfortable rooms - average value for money
Pros:

The location was perfect, at least for us. Next to Hiroshima station, 20 minutes away from the Atomic bomb dome and the Peace Memorial. 35 minutes away from Miyajima. The hotel and rooms were very clean and all the staff very courteous. Beds were comfortable as well.

Cons:

This is clearly a tourist-oriented hotel and they aim to squeeze every penny out of you. Granted they do it with a smile.
For example, you have to pay to access the pool. It is not much: 1500 yen, but still feels like a cheap move considering the price of the rooms. Also, skip the buffet, whether for breakfast or lunch - it is pricy and the quality is not great. You will find better, cheaper options in the malls inside Hiroshima station, a 2 minutes walk from the hotel.

The view is worth it!
Pros:

Excellent location if you’re arriving by Shinkansen. The hotel is directly connected to Hiroshima Station. The hotel held our bags for us, while we visited the peace memorial Museum.

The hotel itself was exactly what you’d expect from a Sheraton—clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The rooms were a lot more spacious than some of the other hotels we stayed in throughout Japan. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were spotless, and everything was in excellent condition. And the VIEWS!!! Get a suite, up on a high floor and you won’t be disappointed.

Communicating in English was never an issue.

This was our second stay in this location and I would absolutely book it again. Like most of Japan, we had to book 2 rooms for a family of four.

Good location. Wish we stayed longer.
Pros:

The hotel is right near the train station. Lots of good restaurants and cafes at the station. Rooms are really big. We jumped on the loop bus to get to the museum. Bus stop was outside hotel. Street car was on the other side of the station. So convenient.
