Location, within walking distance to a few places to eat. Or, eat at the restaurant, which we didn't.

Limited parking, first in, best dressed! Bathroom could have been cleaner, carpet poorly laid.

Convenient location, friendly staff, easy process

Cons:

Noise isolation was a bit low. A couple of guys were having a chat outside their room on the floor below me, sounded like they were right outside my door. But by night fall everyone was quiet
