It was clean , front staff super nice
Pros:

It was clean and staff was super nice

Cons:

It needs to be renovated ,bathrooms need some work mirror was old not enough lighting to do your make up, entrance door was kind of old and did look like it could be easily open, walls are thin you could hear everything

Comfortable stay near medical campus
Pros:

I loved the location of this hotel because being so close to the medical campus made everything incredibly convenient. The rate was excellent compared to other nearby options, and overall the stay was very comfortable. I slept well each night, and the room felt relaxing and quiet, which made the whole experience even better

Cons:

Overall great experience but the mold in the bathroom definitely could have been cleaned beforehand.

Good stay
Pros:

Location great for surgery at Anschutz. Cleanliness and friendly staff. Breakfast was good too.

Cons:

Deadbolt on room door required key to be able to close it from outside upon leaving. This is NOT a security issue, just an annoyance.

Awful, husband was racially profiled by hotel security and was almost thrown out.
Cons:

Staff, I already sent a review about what happened.
Will not explain again. Staff manager of course turned it around to say that the staff member was doing his job. Security is who made it feel unsafe. Will not return and not doing business with Springhill again.

Enjoyed my stay will come back.
Pros:

Very convenient location when traveling to the Hospital.
Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Beds are awesome! Breakfast was great.

Cons:

Not many parking spots in the shade.
