Excellent staff. The staff made our stay easy and very inviting.
Pros:

The skyway to get the waterpark was a big perk with it being winter time.

Cons:

Sharing the waterpark with the public. It was very busy

Overall the experience was great and I would do it again.
Pros:

Fernando checked me in and was amazing!!!! Great customer service all the way!

Cons:

I did not know the stove was a stove top with only two eyes and at times both pots/pans could not fit on it at once. I'm accustom to a full four eye stove with an oven. Most people travel with kids which can be expensive. A stove would help tremendously for pizza for snacks.

The resort need to offer 1,2,and 3 bedrooms. I wish the kitchen was a full kitchen with complete stove instead of just a stove top.

We would definitely come back and stay here again.
Pros:

We enjoyed the room especially because there was a kitchenette. Much needed when your stay is longer than a day because it helps save money from eating out all the time.

We also appreciate the wrist bands received per reservation. Access to the main and popular parks.

We also loved the location where it was close to several places to go to.

Cons:

That our vacation came to an end.

Had a great stay!
Pros:

Overall we will ve back. We went in off season which was perfect for my small children not crowded for them to use the splash pad area etc.

Pros:

I wish they would specify better on which hotel that you are staying at because they have so many I loved the room it was spacious and clean. I communicated with the front desk through text, which was very convenient. The only problem I had was getting lost, trying to get back to my room. I stopped and asked a couple of the workers that was outside of a room looking at videos on a phone she gave me the wrong directions, and I ended back up on the floor that I originally was on. I told her that was not the right way she started being very rude I could not understand what she said her name was because I did ask it sounded like it started with a S she has a accent. I was just asking for help there was no reason to be rude.

It was nice, good location, clean room.

Cons:

1st night loud upstairs noise.
Christmas Mountain amenities included, no defined directions or map of where on site they are. Was told after trying to figure it out myself for mini golf, that it's confusing to explain, stop at their office and ask for a map. If part of the package that should be provided I think.
