Viajo con frecuencia a Guatemala y me hospede 2 veces en el 2025. Deben tener disponible el gimnasio para los huespedes. En comentarios recibidos, no tienen planes a corto plazo de arreglo del gimnasio.

Habitaciones muy cómodas
Pros:

Es un hotel clásico y antiguo, pero a pesar de ser antiguo, parece haber sido remodelado, el cuarto muy muy grande, con 2 camas grandes, sala, mesa y cocina. Es muy limpio y ubicado en una buena zona. El desayuno incluido muy bueno

Me gustó lo amplio de la habitación, la mini cocina y la ubicación nada más, ya que es céntrica, en la zona 10.

Cons:

1. No me gustó que no especificaran que el desayuno no es buffet, es bastante reducido y que te limitan bastante, si quieres más proteína lo cobran extra, no entra dentro del desayuno. 2. Los baños son muy viejos y pequeños, no se ven acorde a la habitación. 3. Las habitaciones no tienen persiana, solo una cortina transparente y en el edificio de enfrente están trabajando al nivel de altura de la habitación y se ve hacia las habitaciones. 4. Se supone el hotel tiene gimnasio, pero no existe, solo había como una caminadora y en la puerta había un letrero que decía fuera de uso, estaba deshabilitado.

Most of the hotel staff were incredibly attentive and provided excellent service!
Pros:

I had a great experience. The room attendant was very attentive and friendly, and the breakfast staff provided outstanding service. Wonderful people all around.

The room was comfortable, but it could benefit from some improvements in maintenance and attention to small details.
