El hotel necesita mantenimiento. Aunque aparentemente está limpio, la falta de pintura y el mobiliario anticuado le dan una sensación de suciedad. La infraestructura y el estado general de las instalaciones afectan negativamente la percepción del lugar.

Cons:

Viajo con frecuencia a Guatemala y me hospede 2 veces en el 2025. Deben tener disponible el gimnasio para los huespedes. En comentarios recibidos, no tienen planes a corto plazo de arreglo del gimnasio.

Habitaciones muy cómodas
Pros:

Es un hotel clásico y antiguo, pero a pesar de ser antiguo, parece haber sido remodelado, el cuarto muy muy grande, con 2 camas grandes, sala, mesa y cocina. Es muy limpio y ubicado en una buena zona. El desayuno incluido muy bueno
