In the heart of Brooklyn
Pros:

Location is amazing; you have everything you need just across the street. Tons of healthy food options around, and service is awesome. They have 24/7 housekeeping, free coffee and tea, and a laptop friendly area in the lobby.

Cons:

The room was small to open a big luggage and we didn't like the bathroom door, but everything else was great.
