Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, a poca distancia de varias estaciones de metro. Al frente de un parque muy bonito y un centro comercial con Target, Primark y otros.

Cons:

La caja de seguridad no servía, nos dijeron que la cambiarían, pero lo hicieron hasta dos días después.
Cobran un monto el día anterior a la entrada. Luego lo rebajan o reversan.

Achei o hotel bem localização apesar de não ficar em Mahhatan e sim no Brooklin é bem rapidinho pra chegar nas atrações… tem várias linhas de metrô próximo do hotel… adora ir andando até a ponte do Brooklin… seria perfeito se tivesse café da manhã… ela disponibilizam apenas café, água quente e leite… tem microondas pra aquecer algum alimento que vc leve e vende uns lanchinhos que eu não achei que valesse a pena comprar.

Cons:

Eles descontaram um valor da minha conta antes de chegar e depois cobraram as diárias … a recepcionista não soube explicar… a dificuldade com a língua pode ter atrapalhado… mas depois estornaram o valor … então tudo resolvido e por isso recomendo o hotel pra vc economizar em hospedagem pq em Mahattan a hospedagem é abusiva e nesse hotel é justo .

Pros:

I definitely loved the location, its pretty central, the staff was really helpful, there is a older gentleman I cant remember his name, he is from Dominica I believe, He was a gem, told me about where to go, even during the snow storm he was there checking in, everyone was helpful, from the cleaning staff to the persons at the front. The Gym was welcome for me, I wish it had a couple more attachments for the machine there but it was more than adequate. The room was great, I was on the 19th floor, comfortable, the wifi was good, You do hear persons sometimes next door but otherwise it was more than good.

Cons:

Well I was here during the snow storm, so using the gym it was a bit cold due to the AC being on the colder side than the heat but that was minor, outside from that you do hear your neighbors but it wasn't disturbing me at all. But something to be mindful off if you speak loudly it can be heard.

Decent. But windows need to be fixed to seal out the outside air.

Room and bed were a decent size for NY.

Cons:

The window could not properly seal, so the room was rather cold during the winter storm when we stayed. The blinds were rather hard to pull.
