Konum, otel güzel fakat kahvaltı çok zayıf standart kalmış.
Pros:

Konumu, odamızın büyüklüğü güzeldi.

Cons:

Renk biraz boğucu. Allahtan taban yüksekliği iyi yoksa odamızı değişirdik diye düşünüyorum. Bir de zengin bir kahvaltı yok. Böyle bir otelin kahvaltısını çok zayif buldum.

Complaint About the Airport Taxi Arranged by the Hotel
Pros:

Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel's facilities and service. However, my experience at check-out left a very negative impression.

When I checked out, I asked the hotel to arrange a taxi to the airport. Unfortunately, the taxi that was arranged appeared to be one that overcharges tourists. A trip that should normally take around 30 minutes took more than 50 minutes. Before leaving the hotel, I specifically requested that I be able to pay by credit card. However, the driver refused to accept my card and claimed that there would be a 10% surcharge for card payments.

In the end, I was forced to pay 2,800 TRY for a trip that should have cost around 1,700–2,000 TRY.

I hope the hotel will pay closer attention to the taxi companies it recommends to guests. Unfortunately, this experience greatly damaged my impression of Türkiye, despite my otherwise excellent stay at your hotel.

Amazing view, comfortable bed and perfect location
Pros:

Fabulous location, close to malls, food. Loved the facilities and cleanliness. It was one of the most comfortable stays I have had in a while. Sauna and pool got a good workout

Cons:

Breakfast was a little low on variety by Turkey’ standards, but did well enough for a city hotel.
