Amazing stay
Pros:

This is our third stay in this hotel, location is very convenient with three shopping malls nearby, levent subway is next to it, lots of cafes and restaurants to eat. Breakfast is so good. Hotel staff is amazing, very helpful and friendly. Thanks to all of them and special thanks to Muhammed

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, super gelegen.
Pros:

Die Mitarbeitenden beim Hoteleingang sowie an der Reception und explizit ein Mitarbeitender beim Frühstück waren sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr grosszügig und schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr grosszügig gestaltet.

Cons:

Teilweise waren die Mitarbeitenden beim Frühstück nicht sehr aufgestellt und freundlich (bis auf einen). Es gab wohl eine zusätzliche Karte, bei dir wir Eierspeisen und weiteres hätten bestellen können, leider hat man uns darüber erst zwei Tage vor Abreise informiert. Weiter hat es fast nie geklappt, dass es Einweg-Servietten auf dem Tisch hat. Wir mussten immer bestellen. Auch standen zwei Mitarbeitende im vorderen Bereich - sie kamen nicht regelmässig im hinteren Bereich vorbei.

Amazing from start to finish 🙃
Pros:

Excellent location , taxi, metro or bus stops within a 15 second walk! Don’t be deceived by the exterior , Clam modern inviting interior with amazing fresh flowers in reception . Our room was modern and had everything we needed ,sofa was used for our daughter to sleep on it was very comfortable and versatile, the room did get quite warm through the night ( we should have asked how to use the heating system to allow a cooler temp) great view over the main road and the metro city shopping centre . The traffic didn’t disrupt us in any way whatsoever so ever . Spa facilities were amazing and the hot beds helped relieve our stress from hectic days , the pool was to cold for us to use but the hotel was very quite due to Ramadan celebrations and we thought that maybe they didn’t want heat due to this . Next stay if it’s the same we will definitely mention this .
All staff are very friendly people who will always make sure that your needs are attended too. This included from front door throughout.
Breakfast was amazing with lots of choice and great views watching the world go buy . The bar was amazing also with lovely food and a modern atmosphere.
We can’t wait to book to come back to Hyatt Centric Levent !
