The room is perfect. Clean and warm during the winter season. Very good breakfast. The cleaning staff is very responsive.
I would recommend improving the soundproofing. The conversations from the neighboring rooms can be heard quite loudly. Also, the table that is built into the wall is somehow connected to the table in the adjacent room, and when the person in the other room was using it, it would move on my side as well.
Mohammed did wonderful job at making sure our date went perfect!
Food is tasty, service is mega attentive and the ambience is incredible

I like the location, very comfortable for every destination of the city, and there is a parking area in front of the hotel.

стандарты обслуживания, персонал, ужин отвратительный. Мне принесли черствые профитроли и даже не извинились, когда я пожаловалась. Категорически не советую брать ужин (обед) - это сет меню с блюдами типа лаваша с курицей или мясом. Стандарты обслуживания не соответствуют 5 звездам и тем более не соответствуют стандартам Хайят.
As a former resident of Istanbul, this hotel is my go-to accommodation whenever I visit, which is at least 3 times a year. Very large rooms with a sleek design and fair pricing. It’s in a great location, connected to many important roads, with convenience stores 24/7 and a metro stop around the corner.
As central as it is, the area is absolutely safe. I never had a problem walking my dog at late hours.
Nearby are office towers where many global companies are located, opposite to 3 large shopping malls and adjacent to a metro stop with a train line that takes you to old town Istanbul for sightseeing.
On the ground floor, Gold Bar & Restaurant offers a comprehensive menu (also fairly priced). The service was great. Our waiter Muhammet was very attentive and kind.
I would strongly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Location was conveniently located adjacent to Metro Station.
The staff were friendly and attentive.
No ramp at entrance, so we had to ask for assistance to staff every time we came in or wanted to go out, since we had stroller. Although having said this, the staff were very attentive to this matter and they would immediately assist upon seeing our arrival.
The breakfast was not bad, nothing extravagant or fancy but decent and fresh.
The room we booked was supposed to be a King suite but it was really good sized room and the bed wasn’t a king.
My favorite business hotel in Istanbul. Centrally located (to offices, metro, shops and restaurants) in Levent. The gym facilities are extreme good for an hotel.
