Baden is so nice, you call it twice.
Pros:

The location is absolutely perfect, everything I need for a dreamy weekend in Baden-Baden is within walking distance. The room is spacious and well organized, the bed is very comfortable, but I guess everything feels more comfortable after a long hot bath. The restaurant downstairs is also surprisingly nice, given it’s located in the middle of the town, I expected it to be more touristy, but it turns out to be very authentic and very tasty.

Cons:

It’s not that I don’t like it, or perhaps I misread the instructions, it can be confusing for first timers to locate the reception desk for check-in. There are two entrances, one through the sidewalk, one through the stairs into the restaurant, and the reception desk is by the bar. It took a minute to figure that out.

Aus den oben genannten Gründen werde ich Ihr Haus nicht mehr buchen.
Pros:

Essen war sehr gut

Cons:

Zum früstücken immer 50 Stufen runter und wieder rauf und auch noch ausser Haus waren zuviel . Ausserdem war ich im
2 Stock untergebracht, sollte man beachten und mitteilen, dass kein Fahrstuhl vorhanden ist, wenn man bei der Buchung sieht, dass die Person 82 ist

J'ai aimé le cadre (décor, les lumières le soir sur le restaurant appartenant à l'hôtel) et l'emplacement (rue piétonne mignonne)

Cons:

Il y avait des toiles d'araignées dans la chambre, le frigo ne fonctionnait pas bien, l'absence de poubelles dans la chambre hormis une petite dans la salle de bains. Le personnel qui nous a accueilli n'était pas très agréable.

Die grossen Zimmer, die Nähe zur Therme, die bequemen Betten.

Cons:

Das Restaurant unter dem Hotel, das Personal, was am morgen zweimal ins Zimmer kam, obwohl wir noch da waren und gerufen haben, als wir den Schlüssel hörten. Es gab auch kein Nicht-Stören Schild. Kein Teekocher oder ähnliches.
