Tout était juste parfait ! Cadre sublime et personnel adorable
Pros:

Nous avons tout aimé de cet hôtel. Le lieu est sublime et le personnel adorable. Vous pouvez vous balader dans l’hôtel et voir des paresseux, des toucans, des acoutis, des tortues, des colibris… Nous recommandons mille fois.

Una experiencia completa
Pros:

Todo el personal es muy amable y atento. Las instalaciones son hermosas, rodeadas de naturaleza, se descansa muy bien con el sonido del río. Además fuimos para el cumpleaños de mi mamá y la recibieron con un detalle muy bonito. Bonus, la comida del restaurante es deliciosa.

Cons:

Cuando entramos a la habitación el olor a cloro era intenso. Entiendo que para una limpieza profunda se utilice cloro, pero actualmente hay sustitutos que funcionan igual, no son tóxicos y en algunos casos son biodegradables. Las personas que padecemos de alergia y de los pulmones lo agradecemos, además que es más amigable con el ambiente. La piscina de agua termal también olía mucho a cloro.

Que el hotel esté en medio del bosque, rodeado de naturaleza y con ríos. Las instalaciones armonizan con la naturaleza.

Cons:

Las cuatro almohadas de la cama eran iguales y muy altas para mi gusto. Podrían tener dos altas y dos no tan altas.

5 stars! I would recommend this location to anyone wanting an authentic experience.
Pros:

The grounds were gorgeous! Having never been in a jungle/rainforest, I didn't know what to expect. I loved our accommodations! We were surrounded by lush foliage and constantly saw hummingbirds. What was great was also were the natural looking hot tubs that were staggered so you could have some privacy even if there were others in another one.
The food was delicious! We had breakfast every day and I always ordered something different because I didn't want to miss out on any of the choices.
I was so happy that we picked this resort because the staff was awesome as well-knowledgeable, friendly and always accommodating.

Cons:

I really can't think of anything. It was far from Liberia Airport but we knew that going in.

Great retreat into the rainforest!
Pros:

The staff are amazing here! You are literally in the rainforest so if you like that feel, want nature and some hot springs…this is the place! The rooms had AC and were super comfy!

Beautiful and peaceful resort
Pros:

The room was beautiful. Beds comfortable, everything updated, clean and modern. Plenty of room for an adult and 2 teens. Food was delicious.

Cons:

The concierge booked some experiences offsite that were prepaid. The communication with the Concierge was excellent. However, one of our excursions booked by the hotel ran very late. We were supposed to arrive back to the hotel by 4:00 PM. The same Concierge booked another excursion for us at 6 PM. I alerted the Concierge that the first excursion was running very late and is it possible to have the second excursion refunded because we were not going to make it in time. This request was met with a refusal saying it was past the time for a cancellation or change. However, I reminded the Concierge that this was beyond our control and this was an excursion they booked for us. And for those reasons and that we did not arrive back until 6:30 PM which was after our second excursion, this was not our fault and we should receive a refund. After some back-and-forth, they agreed to reschedule it. My son was the only one that was able to go at the time that it was rescheduled for. I did not receive a refund for myself or my daughter. My son when he went to go, they told him that he was going to have to pay because the reschedule was not put in their system. I did argue that with them and he did not have to pay. However, maybe think twice about pre-booking a bunch of excursions through the hotel and pre-paying for them before you get there because I was very disappointed that this was even an issue. I should’ve been given a refund on the second excursion automatically.

Wild life, exotic flowers, quiet and relaxing!
Pros:

The property is located in a rain forest. It is green and lush, beautifully landscaped, and walkable. The villas are modern and comfortable, and very private. Hot spring didn’t disappoint. You will see here a lot of beautiful flowers and lizards, basilisk, hummingbirds, butterflies, stick insects.

Cons:

It was little boy on the outside of La Fortuna, but this is to be expected from rain forest property. On the positive is that you don’t have to leave it to get a fantastic meal.

Exceptionnel
Pros:

Le personnel est genial et au petit soin, un merci tout particulier a BRAyan qui s’est merveilleusement occupé de nous. L’hôtel est magnifique, tres propre entouré dune nature luxuriante avec une rivière autour, les hot spring installées au milieu de l’hotel sont parfait aussi . Les chambres sont très propre. Le pt déjeuner est tres bon. Je recommande vivement
