The breakfast

It was a very bad experience, I do not recommend it to anyone
No cleanliness, no services, and the location is very bad.
Internet service is not available in the rooms.
Reception staff are not good.
Good location, the rest was terrible. Spent 3 nights, and there was no hot water during the whole period. the staff was keep repeating was going to solve the issue quickly. So we couldn`t use the SPA, which by the way is not included in any way in your stay.
STAY AWAY
The hotel is within walking distance of the metro and tram. The room was clean and nice. The restaurant had a nice sea view and breakfast. The staff was helpful and friendly. Overall I was satisfied. I recommend it to those who will visit Istanbul.
Location close to metro and tram, The room and the hotel were very clean and well maintained.
This is the first time we have been disappointed with the breakfast at this hotel. Both times the bread at breakfast was hard and old. For a country that is known for its delicious bread, this is unacceptable. The food that was supposed to be warm-sausages, potatoes, pasta, fried foods - cold.

Unser Zimmer war ausreichend gross. Das Bad war ok. Der Schrank hatte nur eine Ablage und 4 Bügel. Wir haben viele Sachen im Koffer gelassen. Es gab einen französischen Balkon.
Das war für uns toll, ist aber nicht bei allen Zimmern so. Ein Safe steht kostenlos zur Verfügung. Ganz toll ist der Frühstücksraum in der 7. Etage. Rundumblick. Das Frühstück selbst ist auch gut. Aber ohne frischem Obst. Haben wir uns selbst im Laden gekauft. Wir waren schon mehrfach dort und kommen auch wieder.
Die Metro und Tramp sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Das ist uns für unsere Ausflüge wichtig. Auch die Fahrt zum Flughafen kann in Eigenregie stattfinden.

Breakfast was just ok. Cucumber was dried up. tomatoes were all overripe. had to keep to boiled eggs and bread. fruit should be an option for breadfast
However location of hotel was very good. Staff were very friendly and pleasant. Air con did not work, said it would be fixed in two hours but never worked. Why give me the room if the air con was broken. could not leave door open as the noise outside was so bad.
less choice of dishes at breakfast and fresher produce. no air con.
Confirmed rate was €292.50 yet €301 was taken from my credit card. Had two coffee sachets in the room on arrival. should be replaced daily.
The breakfast was nice it consisted of various types of foods and was presented in a buffet style. The restaurant area was comfortable and nice and overall was good value for money.
The Gym only had 2 equipments; i was expecting a room full of dumbbells and cables etc. There was no pool even though it was listed on the facilities description. Can be hard to sleep at times due to the noise from the outside and if you are in floor 6 you hear the noise from upstairs floor 7- the restaurant.
