VRLO DOBAR HOTEL, SUPER LOKACIJA - PREPORUKA ZA POSJET IZVAN SEZONE
Pros:

Naš drugi boravak ovdje, u gotovo identičnom terminu, jer smo lani imali pozitivno iskustvo.
Izvrstan položaj hotela, direktno uz samo more, na nekoliko minuta pješice od centra grada. Ispred hotela je parking, a u blizini je dostupno i javno gradsko parkiralište.
Hotel je uredan i ugodan, sa vrlo lijepom terasom ispred restorana, gdje je i vanjski bar. Zajedničke prostorije (recepcija, predvorje, restoran) su također vrlo lijepo uređene i moderno namještene, dok je soba starijeg stila uređenja, no uredna i čista. Mi smo dobili “upgrade” u veću sobu za tri osobe, koja je vrlo prostrana i sa velikim balkonom. Krasan pogled sa balkona sobe i terase prema moru, kako tijekom dana, tako i u večernjim satima!
Ponuda u restoranu je vrlo dobra, a hrana se redovno nadopunjava. No neke stvari bi mogle biti bolje (npr. kvaliteta mesa). Odlični biskvitni kolači i voće!
Wifi radi dobro. Osoblje ljubazno; pohvala djelatnicima u restoranu, naročito gospođi sa crvenom frizurom koja uvijek pristupa s osmijehom.
Hotel organizira glazbene i druge zabavne večeri (živa glazba, karaoke, bingo,...). Postoji i prostorija s automatima za sportsko-društvene igre (košarka, stolni nogomet, zračni hokej, pikado,…), te “game room” i igraonica za malu djecu. U cijenu je uključeno i korištenje unutarnjeg i vanjskog bazena te mini fitnessa.
Mi smo dobili povoljnu cijenu, tako da smo vrlo zadovoljni omjerom cijene i kvalitete. U cjelini, imali smo opet vrlo pozitivno iskustvo u Pagusu i ove godine!

Cons:

Ipak treba istaknuti da je cijena korektna samo na kraju sezone i to ako rezervirate ranije - nažalost u sezoni je ovaj hotel apsolutno preskup, a tada su i velike gužve. Preporuka: tko želi poštenu cijenu i više mira, treba doći ovdje u postsezoni, i po mogućnosti tokom tjedna. Nas je iznenadila velika gužva za vrijeme večere, vjerojatno jer se radilo o boravku tokom vikenda.
Naplata parkinga, čak i izvan glavne sezone. No u ovom terminu je javni gradski parking besplatan.
Hotel treba obnovu na nekim dijelovima, a poželjno bi bilo i osvježiti kupaonicu (kadu) te promijeniti zastore, koji su u jako zastarjelom dezenu i premasivni.

Osoblje odlično, osoblje restorana jako ljubazno i uvek izlaze u susret. Hrana dobra, čistoća takođe.

Cons:

Piće za all inclusive bi mogli poboljšati, sokovi iz aparata jesu praktični, ali nisu nekog kvaliteta. Strano osoblje da poradi na jeziku malo.

Der Ausblick war sehr schön. Essen war gut nur die Auswahl hätte ein wenig besser sein können. Sauberkeit im Restaurant war gut.

Cons:

Das Bad hat mir und anderen Gästen nicht gefallen. Da war eine sehr hohe Badewanne in der man sich Duschen konnte. Es waren im Hotel sehr viele ältere Gäste die mit Reiseunternehmen gekommen sind. Die meisten älteren Leute kamen gar nicht in die Badewanne weil der Einstieg sehr hoch ist. Die mussten sich am Waschbecken waschen. Das Bad ist auch schon in die Jahre gekommen.

Všechno úplně v pořádku jezdíme tam každých 14 dní jelikož tam pracujeme a je to pořád stejně dobré a s famózním jídlem a super personálem celého hotelu! Děkujeme!!
