Consigliato ma attenzione all’overbooking
Pros:

A partire dagli animatori al personale di sala alla reception, personale educato e accogliente (è quello che salva sempre le grandi aziende, SEMPRE!).

Struttura bella, pulita, ottimi i piatti in cucina anche se poi diventano piuttosto ripetitivi.

Cons:

A 2 ore dalla nostra partenza da Malpensa riceviamo un messaggio da parte della struttura dove, per motivi ancora ignoti (sicuramente overbooking) ci hanno dirottato su un’altra sede (Aluasun Continental) con “il premio di consolazione” dell’appartamento e dell’all inclusive.
Considerando che avevamo prenotato a Maggio e che abbiamo una bimba di 11 mesi, struttura e zona erano state studiate nei minimi dettagli ed è stato piuttosto triste per noi ritrovarci in una struttura diversa, sporca e con meno servizi rispetto a quelli che avevamo programmato.
Il giorno dopo siamo andati di persona in Alua Boccaccio e abbiamo spiegato il problema. Il giorno dopo ci hanno accolto riservandoci una camera con box per bambino e l’all inclusive.
Avrei dato volentieri anche un 9, ma questa esperienza non ci è piaciuta affatto!

PS. Piscina piccolina (quando c’è la partita di pallanuoto i bagnanti possono starsene fuori perché non c’è lo spazio per entrambe le attività).

PS2: Camera bella, pulitissima, ma con poca privacy per chi va in bagno (diviso da un semplice vetro rispetto alla zona notte).
Inoltre abbiamo dovuto piazzare 2 asciugamani sulle finestre per evitare che la luce ci svegliasse (le finestre del bagno e della doccia sono proprio frontali al letto e non essendoci muri, la luce non viene minimamente filtrata).

Great location, not a great hotel
Pros:

Good location, and nice reception area.

Cons:

The rooms are not a 4*. There was dirty marks all up the wall, the shower tray was cheap, rooms very small. Air con didn’t work - we had leaks and when it was fixed it didn’t work. Tried to call reception and phone doesn’t work. Fridge doesn’t work. Pool is very small. Just not a great stay and wouldn’t recommend!

Es war mittel gut, ich würde nicht nochmal kommen.
Pros:

Schöne Lage, direkt am See zu essen ist toll und man kann schön die Vögel beobachten.
Das Hotel liegt nah am Meer, welches wunderschön ist.

Cons:

Das Essen war minderwertig. Trotz All-Inclusive sind wir abends auswärts essen gegangen, da es leider nicht geschmeckt hat. Leider haben auch die Früchte nicht vergleichbar zu anderen Hotels geschmeckt. Die Zimmer sind ziemlich klein und eng sowie hellhörig. Leider hört man in der Nacht so die angetrunkenen Gäste.

Pros:

W hotelu jest wszystko czego potrzeba. Blisko do plaży, dosłownie 3 minuty spacerem. Kuchnia przepyszna. Obsługa bardzo miła. Na pewno tam wrócimy :)

Hotel is in a very touristy area. If you want it to be around more locals stay closer to old town.

It was bright in the room with two windows that didn’t have blinds. The bed was old with a dip in it. They played music until 11pm every night.
