Tiene una muy buena ubicación ya que estás a a 5 min de la playa y las vistas al lago son impresionantes.
Limpiaban las habitaciones todos los días y te dejan toallas nuevas cada 2 días y se agradece.

El trato del personal, la calidad y variedad de la comida y la limpieza.

Great location, clean hotel, entertainment staff and cleaning staff work so hard but bar staff, not much interaction whilst serving, not very smiley. Rooms are very small ( struggled to walk around past bed. We stayed in a double room, they look wider on photos and they are very basic, no kettle in rooms, 1 english channel on tv ( sky news) would not class this as a 4 star hotel.

Having spent 10 days here, I can confirm that Alua Boccaccio is by far one of the best hotels i’ve ever stayed at. of course the best best entertainment from Davide, Julio and Rabab- absolute super stars we will miss you all and all the other staff too! hopefully see you again soon!

the hotel itself was spotless (i like the choice of seating and how we can’t have plates at the pool as it prevents ants) and the service was unbelievably immaculate- if there was a problem, staff would fix it immediately.

the food was also gorgeous, lots of different cuisines every night. having being right in the high street, we actually ended up going out for dinner a couple of times so the location for us was perfect.

The entertainment was brilliant as mentioned before. In the day, everyday we have darts, ping pong and sometimes aqua gym/fun followed by bingo and waterpolo or archery! The animators really try to get you involved which is so fun and helps people make friends! at night, the entertainment was different every night with a variety of singing, flamenco, acrobatics, and games (bingo was extremely fun but i’m biased because i won it once)

also not to forget about the sangria and mojito making so if you’re going half board then make yourself lots and lots!

Again, i cannot recommend this hotel enough. From the entertainment, to the cleanliness, service and location, my time here has been spent well.

Thank you to all the animators, bar staff and receptionists - big shoutouts to Pau, Jaime and Noel who were so friendly and lovely all the times we either needed something or just wanted to have a quick chat. Thank you all for making this hotel feel like home

Stayed for one week with my boyfriend..
The hotel overall is lovely and we enjoyed.

The rooms were very small and the two singles pushed together should not pass as a double room. As a couple this was very uncomfortable and the beds kept slipping apart. I asked the receptionist if there were any double beds available but he said they are fully booked so the double beds are all occupied but he said he would let me know if a room with one became available but unfortunately never did.

The staff at the poolside bar were great, lovely gentleman working everyday who provided good service.

The buffet food was very mixed as some nights for dinner there were different choices such as paella and then some other nights it was just pizza. So we thought this could have been better.

THE LOCATION IS AMAZING! You are right next to local shops, beach and a bus stop that gets you to the port or the old town in less than 20 minutes. Get the 324 or 315 from across the road! (do not get a taxi, it was such a long wait that we gave up and just got the bus) The old town is definitely worth a visit it was beautiful and there is a great rooftop bar that a kind receptionist told us about.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, and one of the highlights was definitely on the Thursday when a man was playing the saxophone poolside, we wish he was there more often. It was such a lovely vibe.

Well situated hotel with very close access to the beautiful beach.
Room very clean and maid service excellent. Rooms are on the small side however and the double bed is two singles pushed together which comes apart leaving a large gap between the two beds.

Reception staff very friendly and helpful especially Anna.

Restaurant looks nice however food doesn’t have a huge variety (this seems to have reduced since we last stayed two years ago).
Large selection was now fish which didn’t suit my partner who is allergic to all fish and seafood.
He had to be very careful with the hot plates as the few Meat dishes were cooked alongside the fish.

He was pretty restricted to the same pizza and pasta which was served daily

Could do with water bottles being available at the poolside also.

Nice pool but small and sun lounges always taken first thing and so we spent the time at the beach.

Overall we did have a lovely holiday but were only there for a few days and I think much longer the food would have really let us down

They cancelled my booking less than 24hrs before I was due to stay
