Vista pazzesca e staff squisito
Pros:

Struttura accogliente, pulita e ben gestita dal personale estremamente cordiale ed attento ad ogni esigenza. Ho riscontrato una gentilezza fuori dal comune da parte di tutto lo staff. Ottima e abbondante la colazione da poter fare sui tavolini lato piscina godendo di una splendida vista su Sant'Angelo. Soggiorno ideale per una vacanza in relax!

Cons:

Uniche pecche: Camera sprovvista di frigobar e balconcino per poter far asciugare costumi e teli mare.
La doccia con la tendina non era per nulla pratica e si allagava il bagno.

-Lage, Hotel liegt nicht im Zentrum, zwar an befahrener Straße, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. -sehr schöne Aussicht, Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse gut! Fürs Abendessen gibt es ausgezeichnete Restaurants in der fußläufigen Umgebung

Cons:

-im dazugehörigen Pool des Hotels müssen Badekappen getragen werden, was für Teenager ein großes Manko darstellt, Pool wurde daher von ihnen nicht genutzt und wir mussten täglich ans Meer. Diese Information war mir bei der Buchung nicht bekannt

-Sauberkeit: Ameisen im Badezimmer, verschimmelter Stoffduschvorhang, Schimmel an der Decke, in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel

Schöne, entspannte Tage auf Ischia
Pros:

Nettes Meerblick Zimmer mit Blick auf Sant Angelo. Sehr gutes Abendessen mit gutem Salat/Antipasti Buffet. Auch die weiteren Gänge sind sehr gut. Lediglich die Nachspeise fällt etwas ab. Sehr guter, freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service im Speisesaal. Oberkellner Peppino und sein Team haben alles gut im Griff. Schöner Poolbereich. Gute Lage bei Panza, Bushaltestelle direkt am Hotel.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

The staff spoke only Italian and even when we asked them to talk english, they spoke Italian. In the resturant it was worst, no information or meny in english.
